Fuck Madvapes in Rock Hill, SC on Celenese Rd. My wife bought me some juice from them for Christmas. Space Jam Eclipse 6mg. Three 15ml bottles! I dont know if she said 3 mg or if the guy behind the counter gave her 3 mg. I wanted 6 mg. So I took it back today to exchange it for 6 mg and the owner wouldn't do it. H e said "I don't know where its been or if you tampered with it". Brand new, sealed bottles. I said, "I come in here all the time". He still wouldn't exchange it for me. So guess what? Fuck you! Not to mention the shitty batteries you've sold me in the past and I didn't complain. This was the final straw.

I can understand the no returns, no exchange policy with vape shops, but if you want me to come back you better be willing to make reasonable exceptions. My local shop has the same policy but when they know their shit messed up they try to make it right. That is the only reason I will go to them instead of buying everything online when I want something fast.

I concur, fuckem.

My wife bought a Provari 2.5 from a local vape store that was doa (extremely rare from what I have found out), she brought it back, the owner refused to exchange it or refund her money, so she spoke with Provari directly. They overnighted her a Provari 2.5 with the tank ring option and 4 bottles of juice plus a postage paid return box for the doa Provari. The vape shop no longer sells Provari, nor is it a Joyetech dealer anymore. Seems the owner fucked over too many customers and they complained - to the manufacturers.

I agree, Fuck 'em.

I do business with Madvapes online store all the time. I stop in the local B&M Madvapes all the time to get essentials. Never again though! That NY prick running the place has no value for customers. It was a simple exchange. No harm, no foul! I wont go back there, nor will I recommend that shithole to anyone.

I never buy from Madvapes anymore , even though they are relatively close to me , a couple hours away actually. To me they are noticeably overpriced and the one time i did order something it took much longer to get to me than when i ordered things from vendors located across the Country .

No thanks Madvapes , you guys really do suck.

I order from Madvapes online all the time. Their shipments are always very punctual and Ive never had problem with one single order. Now these other B&M Madvape shops are franchises I believe. Im not knocking "Madvapes" so to say. I talking about the Madvapes B&M store in Rock Hill, SC. Thats run by a dude who thinks he knows it all. Ive taken his advice on several occasions and bought stuff from him that turned out to suck. Batteries and cartomizers! His prices are way higher than the online store too. I understand a couple dollars markup, but you can get it for like $6 cheaper online with the rewards points bonus.

For me, ordering online from MV has always been a nightmare.

I have always had to get customer service involved just to place an order.

And those were to use some gift cards that had been given to me and they gave me a hassle with both of them.

Hell, they even told me that one of them was paid for by a stolen credit card!

Granted that the Mrs. might swipe the last cookie but to the best of my knowledge she is not using a stolen credit card. As in MY OWN FREAKING CREDIT CARD!

And they stuck me with a defective Smok Ohm Tester as well.

So sorry that happened to you. But, if you are interested, perhaps we could work something out and I can buy the Eclipse from you? Just a thought. PM me if you are interested.

Your own credit card was stolen, eh? Sounds like a doofus customer service person who didn't want to be in his/her job.

That madvapes store is shit. It's franchise owned and the owner is a dick. If you HAVE to do business with Madvapes use the off 51 in Pineville. As far as Rock Hill stores I really like the people in Firehouse vapor.

Hey man, I think you should take this matter up the MadVapes line. The MadVapes in Columbia is amazing, price isn't too great but I know the owner and the GM and staff I know pretty well so I'm OK spending the extra cash because they've done nothing but right for me and really have helped me get into mods and dripping the RIGHT way...So sorry for this man! Definitely check out MadVapes here in Columbia next time you're passing by, it's for sure worth it, Andy (the GM) is a great guy.

The one in Asheville is one of the worst vape shops I've ever been in. Their prices are almost double normal prices. Their staff is very unhelpful, and they charge you a dollar to test flavors. A dollar per flavor.

I do a lot of ordering from Madvapes online and Im very satisfied with them. Its the franchises that are fucking up the name. The prick owners who talk up a product that turns out to be shit and the ones who charge a dollar to sample juice. For real? I don't like any of "their" juice anyways. In fact, of the 6 bottles Ive bought from them, I gave 5 away and 1 went into the trash.

Firehouse vapor on cherry rd is a pretty good place as far as B&Ms go.

I went into the Mountain Oak Vapors shop on Lovelle Rd in Knoxville to buy some liquid I like and some for the Mrs. I didn't pay attention to what they gave me for her, and I'm an OTR trucker so I park at the truck stop a couple blocks away and walk down. By the time I got back to the truck and took the juice out of the bag, I realized they had given me the wrong flavor. I walked back down to the shop and they went to replace it with what I had asked for, and realized someone had put the wrong flavor on the wrong rack. Dude apologized several times, gave me an extra bottle, and offered me a ride back up to my truck. I stop there every chance I get because they took care of me right that day. I can order from them online cheaper, but I still buy at their B&M when I can. I can see why you won't go back to that shop. In the long run, they would have been better off throwing it out if they were skeptical and giving you what you wanted as opposed to losing a customer for good.

Thats kind if lame. I would understand if the seal was broken but since it wasn't, I see why you're pissed. Being a regular makes it more difficult too.

I hope you are close to another vape shop and dont have to do future business with the one that wouldnt help you out.

I really like Vaping Xtreme on Carowinds Blvd. Staff is very nice, no attitudes, and very helpful. Nice people... I haven't been to another B&M vape shop since I found Xtreme.

I've had issues with Madvapes and a Tesla battery. It broke within 20 days - using a Aerotank. Wouldn't charge but did vape.
They didn't want to honor their warranty so I said the hell with it.

I can kind of understand the juice thing, but if there was actual wrappers around the cap yeah they should have taken them back.

You have to understand that from the madvape shop or any other shop there is a 14 day return policy and after that you have to call the maker of the product and arrange a return. It doesnt help to bash the shop when they are following policy.

You stated it was 20 days before you brought it back but you could have still sent it to the manufacture and they would have made it right for you.

As far as the juice rant, I agree with you that if the seal was not broken they should have taken it back but the issue with the battery after 14 days its up to you to contact the factory that made the product to get it fixed.

Just my thoughts on this rant!!!!!

It was within their return date, I just threw out 20 days because that's what I thought I remembered...but yeah, it was within the 14 days. I'll have to go searching back thru emails to know the exact date.

like they are going to lose money on a bottle of juice...The mark-up on juice is ridiculous...Probably cost them less then a buck to make it with bottle

Every decent b&m in my area has a bottle of 100mg/ml nic base behind the counter, and will bump up the nic content of any juice you ask them to.

.9ml just cost them a customer for life. Well done madvapes, lol.

I'm kinda shocked with Mad Vapes I ordered a Kanger Areo tank and they sent it to a complete different town they have my account addresses called because I was following the pkg. They admitted to me that yes their computer spit out the old address, I ask for what I have paid for after several attempts they are not answering the ticket message. Now I have shopped with Mad Vapes for 6 years and now I'm afraid to order from them after the recent behavior. Tomorrow I will send a ticket again.

When the customer gets the wrong item, it doesn't matter. You fix it. Just like when the pharmacy at local walmart gave me the wrong drugs for my prescription, they had to take it back even though prescriptions are non-returnable.

Understanding FDA rules would prevent a lot of this diarrhea from entering the internet, do some research, anything tobacco related cannot be returned to any store, yes I know there is no tobacco in juice, however federal government still classifies it as is, get mad at the government not local stores come on now.

I hope it wasn't a Tesla Powerwall battery. Those are several thousand dollars. If it was, hopefully you can get a refund and by a backup generator instead since not many good alternatives to Tesla.

If it was an electric car battery, that is almost as bad but I think there are other viable alternatives.

Not sure what relevance a Tesla Powerwall battery has on a vaping site unless they are used to power a nightclub's central vaping system 'mod'. A wee bit bigger than the 26650 form factor doncha tink. Lol.
