How to use this chart:

1. Find your coil resistance on the left
2. Look for your voltage
3. Find your recommended wattage, dial it in and blow clouds!

Pretty simple to just use an ohms calc to get the wattage for stuff not listed on the chart.

Thank you for that chart. Wonder if it is possible to do one nickel. I get so confused on the difference between the ohms and what watts I should run and the equivelent on vaping.

That is pretty cool. I use mine around 5-10 less than the chart recommends. Still a handy start guide, and then fiddle from that spot.

Is this for Mech Mods? I use a VV/VW and only Vape in Watts. According to the Chart at 0.5 Ohms 30 Watts is in the red. Does this mean it is too much and I should drop my wattage down to the green?

My current set up is a Coolfire 4 and a Dark Horse RDA. I am building dual coils at 0.5ohms and run at 30 watts. I only run in wattage mode and never use voltage mode.
Sorry if this seems scatter brained I am still trying to get the proper nomenclature down.

This is primarily a recommendation chart.
If it were me, I would start low and than slowly increase my wattage to my "sweet spot".
 
I got a .2 ni 200 coil with an Istick 40w I Chang the watts and it seem that anywhere from 25 to 35 ways seems decent but it's hard to judge where the sweet spot is any help?

ive heard mixed answers but u should only use nickel coils on temp control

Wouldn't changing wire gauge change the result?

Yes you should only use nickel I'm tc but with my istick 60w you can adjust the watts in tc mode not sure but have heard that you can't with other tc devices.

I know that you cant with the Istick TC40W. It starts at 40w and throttles down the wattage according to the temp increase... So basically the closer you get to your intended temp, the lower the watts drawn by the mod, I think they do it that way it doesnt way overshoot the temp and its more accurate.

but you can adjust wattage with the TC100/120w, but the only difference it makes is you get to your intended temp/cutoff faster.
