putting fizz in your juice with malic acid

what gram of malic acid powder to pg to put fizz in your juice say if you wanted to make 30ml hope you can help thx tr1cky

I don't think it's going to make anything fizz, I have read some people have been trying it for some sort of a flavor booster but can't confirm, what are you looking for this to do for you in your mix..

I read the same thing about using triacetin from Ginger Booth. Supposedly gives cola, root beer, etc. that fizzy mouth feel. I have triacetin, but haven't used it yet.

IME, malic makes things SOUR. Maybe in flavors we associate sourness with fizziness, it would have that effect. A citrus flavor might be more like citrus soda, eg, with a little malic acid.

Crazy chef if you do get around to using that triacetin would you post the results. I have heard the same and have yet to find a fizz for a few recipes. I have tried champagne and colas with sub par results. Thanks.
