At first glance this site looks great and looks like their product is decent. But when I am told authentic. I WANT AUTHENTIC. Awhile ago I bought a mad hatter from them after it first came out. Then I go to my local vape shop for some new supplies and I'm Buddie Buddie with my favorite guy there. So as he's examining the RDA he me if I knew it was a clone. As you could imagine I had a look on my face that showed total disappointment. So like I said vapenw element vape and vapor DNA

Don't understand what this means.

As for the possible clone issue: Before condemning VNW I'd check with the mfgr. Your "buddie buddie" may well be on the up-and-up, OTOH: (S)he has a vested interest in you not buying product on-line or can simply be wrong.

I'm not going to say this is the same, but I'll share an experience. I bought an Innokin VTR from a local vendor. It had issues after a couple of weeks so I returned to the shop where I was informed they only had a 15 day return policy and that to get replacement I would have to go through Innokin. So I visited another shop close by. This guy said he was an authorized Innokin service location and so I eagerly left my box with him to fix. About a week later he emails me to say I had a clone. That it was made by, well, I can't remember now, some strange sounding company. So I sent a flaming email to the store where I bought it and they proceeded to tell me I had been lied to and since I had obviously not checked authenticity to do so. I did and it proved authentic. So I contacted Innokin and they provided info where to send to the nearest service center. It happened to be close to 200 miles away. So not only did the jackwagon down the road lie about being an authorized Innokin service location, he also lied about it being a clone because Innokin provided me a full replacement. I had to make my apologies to the respective people. Just saying it may be worth proving this guy knows what he's talking about.

He could be right, but who cares. These are the cheapest of cheap chinese rda's in the first place. Supposedly a chinese distributor of vape products called "Infeeling", came up with the thing. They stuck "USA" behind the name to make it sound like "Wow, an rda designed in the US", which it is not.

Never done business with vapenw but vaporDNA has been my go to vendor for anything they carry for over a year now. I gave a project subohm RDA a crappy review and they contacted me that they would give me store credit equal to what I paid and I could keep the RDA.
It was a completely unprovoked offer. Since then they've been tops in my book.

All that is completely unrelated to the point of whether or not it is authentic. Who cares, you ask? Apparently the OP.

Is this the way it is over here...bunch of vape snobs?

No less related than your experience with Innokin. It's a mass produced chinese made and designed rda. Not saying it's bad, but you see this type of stuff come out of china all the time. Some of it becomes popular in the industry, some of it doesn't. The argument whether or not is authentic is moot.

Ok, then help me understand. Are you saying that if anyone has concerns about the authenticity of an item made in China that they might as well just shut up about it because nothing from China is authentic? I mean I get it about Chinese made products. Some of them say Made In USA which is a laugh. But not all are bogus copies. Many, many US companies contract with Chinese mfg to produce their products. But really all that is secondary to the point I wanted to make which was his vape shop friend may have lied to him or just been mistaken. Happened to me.

Trollin ?

You're joking right?

I can't vouch for the products previously mentioned but I can share my experience with VapeNW.
I've made a few too many purchases from them and have been happy with every one except one.
That one was due to a broken O-ring 2 days AFTER I received it.
This is NOT VapeNWs fault. However I sent an email inquiring about if they could assist as well as sending one to the manufacture.
Manufacture still hasn't replied 4 weeks later but I've had about 9 emails and a phone call with VapeNW.
I've communicated with 3 people and I chose not to pursue it due to $5 shipping for a free O-ring didn't seem worth it to me.
This isn't a negative on VapeNWs side, they have policies, procedures, and have bills to pay just like all the rest of us.
All I am really trying to say is I have been very pleased with every item I have purchased from them and the fact that they were more than willing to assist me with a manufacture defect when they didn't have to.
With the amount of items and $ I have spent with them, I can't say I have been as happy with any other supplier.
In the event someone were to have purchased a clone and thought they were purchasing an authentic item, have you contacted anyone at VapeNW to inquire? Have you checked the authenticity code?
I didn't read any mention of you trying to get it straightened out with them so I don't know if you did.
If you had contacted them and were told it was your problem or if they were rude or anything it'd be different.
I suppose there is a possibility that they were shipped incorrect items.
I can't vouch for any of that.
Just hate to see anyone get bashed on without being provided the opportunity to either defend their side or possibly make things right with you.

Sorry if I rambled too much, just felt the need to post MY opinion.
(yes, I noticed this threat was a bit older)

Not me. I like cheap. :D I've bought a couple of clone mechs, because they were well-made and inexpensive, but all the rest of my mods have been authentic -- smok or Innokin or sigelei -- CHEAP. All my attys have been clones, except a couple of Smok's I bought -- smok really oughta stick to mods. :D

If you need good O-Rings just ask a local pump repair shop and I am sure thay can ether make you one or pull one from stock...many pumps and hydroloic units use them .

I ordered from VapeNW once. Placed an order for the RX200, a couple batteries and a charger. It sat unprocessed with some shipment processing error message for almost a full week before I contacted customer service about it. It took 3 days and 2 messages to customer service before they got back to me about it, another day to fix the issue, and then it finally shipped out. So all told, my first order took nearly 2 weeks just to get shipped out, nevermind another week to get here. It kind of left a bad taste in my mouth and I never ordered from them again.

Aside from VapeNW I also had loads of problems with Gearbest and a little with VaporBeast (though Gearbest was by far the worst, not even close). Since then Ive started searching for US based vendors that have the Chinese prices. Found one so far that has lightning fast ship times and good prices.

I received an egrip from VapeNW that looked as if it had been used, even though it was shrink wrapped. I called them immediately, and they sent me a new one - they never even asked for the other one back. Pretty good customer service:p

In stock items ???? Careful, after you pay for them, all of a sudden are NOT, want your money back??? Tough shit, get something else of equal or lesser value because we do not issue refunds.
Never had that happen..I order something that might have sold out I go on the pre order list and get a shipping notice when the item is back in stock..last time this happened when I ordered my IPV4...
Never asked for a refund.. and if I did I would simply let my bank cancel the transaction... Just sayin

Happened to me. I ordered a Treebox and Herakles Plus. The Treebox was on a flash sale and they had a counter of how many remained. When I ordered the counter said 122 were left. Then I saw some strange wording in the ad and emailed them questioning the authenticity of the Treebox and the tank. They gave me a generic "read the description" reply, and I said I did read it and it didnt specify and I would be angry if the items were counterfeits or clones and not authentic.

Well surprise, they emailed me back saying both the Herakles and the Treebox were both out of stock and they couldnt ship them. And that I could only get another item of same value, or take store credit as a refund, no cash refund. I managed to get my money back through a little loophole in their rules. I had a pair of batteries in the order with the mod and tank, so the batteries would still ship out, so I was able to cancel the order completely before they shipped and got a refund that way.

It was just really strange to me that even though the counter said they have over 100 remaining in stock, that they suddenly became out of stock when I asked questions about the authenticity of it.

Keep us updated because this is a deal breaker for me. If they don't do the right thing I will not shop there anymore. I'll go from being a guy that recommends them to being the guy that warns people about them.

Companies have to learn that shit like this will not fly, in the age of the internet. I've bought from them before and had no issues, but knowing what COULD happen, I don't think I'll buy from them again -- and that's exactly why the internet means the death of businesses that treat their customers like shit. Just as I won't buy anything else from Efest.

i like VapeNW. i've bought a couple of RDA's, a few mods and some juice to get free shipping. every time has been easy peasy. i live in the NW so shipping is great. i receive my gear 2 days after ordering. from what i've seen, they sell clones.....but for clone pricing. i bought a copper Little Boy RDA for like $12. they have low prices for authentics too. i just got an istick tc100w for cheaper than i could find anywhere else. i also bought my evic VTC mini for cheaper than everywhere else. i have been very happy with both of them.

last year, i bought an istick30w and after about a month, the screen went out on the mod. this was my first ever purchase from them. it still fired, but no screen. so you could not tell what you were vaping at. anyhow, i email them, they have me send them a pic. no big deal. i was out of their "returns" policy period. but they still sent me another istick with no charge or restocking fee. i did have to return my defective istick at my own expense, but it was like $3 and a trip to the post office.

i think it was Josh who i dealt with as well. i did my business over the phone. he was pleasant and understanding. since they helped me out, i have continued to use them and have had nothing but good experiences with them.

@Shark Vape , why did you have to return your 2 tanks?

Thought I mentioned it, but I ordered from Sweet Vapes. They shipped next day and I had the package in 2 days after that, plus their prices seem fairly comparable to the Chinese sites. The only downside Ive heard about them is they are pretty stiff with their return policy unless the product arrives DOA, so just make sure what you order is what you really want.

Same thing happened to me with Gear Best. A nice fresh card, one small order from Gear Best the only charge on it, 2 days later I get hit with $1200 in fraudulent charges before the Fraud Patrol gives me a call.

I had that happen when I bought something from SmokTek (not Smoktech), but it's not the vendor's fault... it's up the chain. If you have a good bank, they refund the money and give you a new card. All I had to do was visit the bank, sign some papers, they notarized them for me right there, and 2 days later I had a new card.

I have ordered from them numerous times. However, back in Nov or Dec my anti virus picked up a possible threat on their ordering page. They recently updated their site. IDK I'm looking for some triton 2 mini coils and they seem like the only place to get them I'm looking around before ordering from them again. They pissed me off with taking too long to ship out my product the last time. I only live 42 miles away from them. I could have ordered from CA and had the product at the same time.

That's the one thing I really hate about them -- well no, one of the TWO things I hate about them -- 1) they take too long to get the shipment out the door, and 2) they don't do shit on Saturdays -- the internet is 24/7; they should process orders on Saturday. Some internet shops will even process orders on SUNDAY! (DesertVapes! they rock!)
