I hope to make friends...it sure is lonely blowing clouds and no one with the same interest.

I have been a pack or more a day smoker for over 30 years.

Since my wifes cardiac bypass ..I quit cigs for over a year by mixing my own juice and weening myself off nic using ego's /ego c twist and have been zero nic for over a year now. Un-till recently (couple days) I gave in to the nic with the lure of thick clouds by dripping 3mg nic on top of 0 nic 70/30 vg (30 is flavor) in my RDA's .

...anyways nuff bout me ...tell me something about you

Hey Giz, welcome to VU. Whenever I want to talk vape, I usually come here to the forums, or for the past couple years I have been going down to my local B/M and just hangout there. They have a bunch of devices and addys, and a table where folks can build coils and discuss vape topics of the day. Nice to have a community of sorts.

Welcom to the forums.
I quit smoking for ~5 months in 2014.
Now with a little better device (kangertech), giving the vape another try and now over one month without smoking.

I have a Kangertech ipow2 and enjoyed zero nic with low resistance atomizers in a glass tank (clearomizer?) such as Kangertech T3d.
Since rebuilding those little atomizers...figured, why not build some larger coils in RDA's

I have a question, at .3 ohm how high should I run my volts? I have the smok r150 with the minos tank that has a quad coil in it. Currently I've been running at 45 watts @ .300 ohm. Pls help I'm a total noob and my coils last 4 days.
