I enjoyed the Arctic tank with the .5 dual coil in it at 45-60w. Great flavor and nice clouds.
Atom Vapes also just released Clapton coils for the Arctic but have never tried those.

hello, was wanting yalls opinion on a tank rated for 25-60 watt device (I have an evic vt) what do you recommend ?

I just ordered a Stentorian Steam Engine for a smaller mod. Some of the ppl here say the Clapton is best of the 3 coils for flavor, so I ordered a pack of those. This assumes you are not yet looking to build coils.....

I went with the Arctic. Should be here in a few. I'm assuming I'll like it better than the mega tank the mod came with lol.

I highly recommend the Triton v2 tank. Loads of flavor especially with the .5ohm Clapton coil. You can also use loads of other coils with this tank such as the new Vaporesso ceramic coils which Im using now. Rocking it on my eVic VTC Mini and Cuboid, works flawlessly, never had leaks, dry or burnt hits with any of the coils I've used on it. Amazing tank which is really underrated. Top fill, great air flow for my vaping style and looks awesome. Fit and finish is top notch too.

Don't get the TFV4/TFV4m, it demands high wattages and flavor is sorely lacking with the RBA unit. This tank always leaked on me and none of my friends who vape dont want it even if I'm selling low. Freaking waste of my hard-earned cash.

That said, I have the Crown tank in the mail. It's due to arrive on the 28th, I'll see how that compares to my Triton v2. High hopes for this tank and suits my vaping style which ranges at 28-45w.

I've come close to getting the Triton V2 a few times. It's either that or the mini and couldn't decide so I'm waiting. Do you chain vape? You're using the Triton at 28-45w on the .5 Clapton coil? What blend of juice are you using?
I've had nothing but problems with my Crown but many people rave about them.

I hope you like it, it's still my favorite tank today.

Hey chappy! Yup, happily vaping at 28-45w on the .5 ohm Clapton depending on the flavor I use. Loads of flavor and vapor! I use 80% VG and yes, I am a chain vaper

Sorry to hear about your luck with the Crown, I guess it's just like mine with the TFV4 Mini. Hoping I have a good, if not great, experience with it. I do suggest, however, that you stay away from the TFV4 Mini. Tank gave me hell, leaked in my jeans pocket twice and even more when I left it standing overnight. I hate it, I really do. Been hearing good stuff about the Griffin tank, if you dont mind an RTA. Also the Herakles. But I still ultimately recommend the Triton v2

I chain vape as well, usually a little higher wattage, and it's difficult to find a tank that I can do that with and not get dry hits. So I'll definitely keep that in mind.
I do not mind an RTA as I've started getting into building coils recently (still waiting on the goodies on the slow China boat).
Which Herakles do you recommend? I've thought about trying out one them as well, I like a variety so to speak.

Been watching YT vids and reading reviews (I like to research well before buying), the Sense Herakles Plus is getting its fair share of praises alongside the Crown so I guess it's pretty good. Some say it's even better than the Crown.

If you're into building, which I also just recently got into, I suggest you hold off for a little longer like I am. Waiting for the Geek Vape Avocado RDTA. It's much like the Haze RDTA but with a few improvements such as a glass tank and can be completely disassembled. I'm looking to buy my first dripper since people say the flavor is much better and I want it to be an RDTA (hybrid rda/rta). Reason being I don't like carrying a bottle of juice wherever I go if I have an RDA instead of an RDTA. Watch Riptripper's YT vid of the Haze and Avocado RDTA, you might be swayed into getting one for yourself too.

I have 3 triton v1 and all of them have the 1.8 ohm coils in them. At 12-18 watts they're great mtl tanks but no cloud chuckers. I do chain vape but I don't vape chains:(
Cheers

Side by side comparison the Crown stomps the Triton, I own both. However the Crown also demands higher wattages. With the .5 ohm coil you can get away with 50-60 watts but compared to the .25 ohm it lacks flavor. The .25 requires 80-90 to be right. The Ni200 coil sucks. Uwell needs to work on it. I'm experimenting with the .5 in TC right now because I just bought a Wismec Presa 75tc, so I'm looking for a low wattage, high volume tank because the crown has spoiled me.

Granted, the crown will stomp the triton, I too have both tanks. The OP was asking for a tank that will be good at lower wattage, ergo-> the tritons. The crown coils start to get into their own at 60 watts and love 70-75 watts.

I traded my Crown away. I am not going through twn ml of juice a day. I now use the Triton 2 with the .5 clapton coil and it may not quite bne a crown but it tastes darn good. I also plan on trying out the vaperesso coils in it. Thing with the Triton 2 - you have twenty different coils you can stick in it.

Yeah, all the Herekles coils work as well as 15 other brands. The Claptons aren't bad, I just wish it would hit harder than it does. I like a really warm Vape and I haven't found a coil yet that delivers the goods for the Triton the way I like. I like Big Clouds and Big Favor.

Shoot... I always thought the Crown would is a low-wattage tank and that's why I ordered it. I did get the rba with it though so I guess I'll try low wattage vaping with that.

Anyway, for low wattages, I heard good things about the Aspire Clieto and the Joyetech Cubis. Both are nice tanks imo. Only downside of the Clieto for me is the fact that you cant change the drip tip.

My friend bought a Geek Vape Griffin yesterday and we were vaping on it at 38-45w with a .35 ohm build. Great flavor in that tank too if in case you decide to get into building coils

Glad to hear someone had a chance to try the Griffin. I've been wanting one! not sure if I want the griffin or the avocado but I e-mailed customer service at Geek vape if they'll offer a single coil option for the Griffin. I've been building my own coils for a while now, I actually vape a hurricane with a 0.7 ohm SS tiger wire coil.
The rba for the crown is pretty good, a bit on the small side but easy to work with. It will seep a little (at least mine does) when re-filling but now it is running a SS coil and I like it.
Cheers,

You all know that the new top fill goblin mini is about to be released right?

Loks like a winner to me but I'll wait and see how others find it before pulling the trigger. Should be perfect for 25-60 watts.

I was thinking of getting a Griffin as well but Im gonna hold off again until the Avocado gets here. The Griffin is truly an excellent tank but what I'm really looking for is a huge build deck so it didnt quite satisfy that part. And the top fill cap is a bit fiddly to get off. I kept unscrewing the base along with it almost making a juicy mess. But I really really like how it performs!

From what I've seen from people talking about the Griffin is that it's the biggest 22mm build deck out there. But, there's a 25mm option coming which one would assume means an even bigger deck!

Anyways would love to hear what you think about the Avocado once you get it, quite interested in that as I love my Haze Dripper but a velocity deck sounds nice.
