How are those mods saver discs?
There good, nothing to them really but everytime I order from them I always throw in a pack or 2. Something like $1.25 a 5 pack, real cheap but protect the top of your mod.

If the original wasn't $70 I would get it but it is small and only 25mm. So far it is good but the Azeroth RTA is better and only $25. I do have some juice seep between the bottom oring and glass if I top it off when I refill, so far the only problem.

I just went through this, ordered some stuff from a vendor in LA (I'm near Sacramento), realized I had put the wrong zip in - just like you but I thought 'aw mannn, they'll figure it out' .. I watched the tracking info bounce all over California for about 3 weeks, it was funny to me at the time. Then one day I checked and it said 'delivered' ooof, not to me. Amazingly, the vendor was super fcuking cool and replaced my order with the correct zip. It was at my house in two days.
So, to answer your question, from my experience : No, they might not get it to you, my incorrect zip was just a few blocks away also.
I have no idea how you can fix it mate, just commiserating..
