nonameboxmods.com is a good site. I've gotten a few of their kits and the quality and shipping time has always been good and fast. The dude who owns it is pretty cool too, he answers back if you need any help or have any questions. You should take a look at dripp3d.com as well. They also sell kits, not sure if they have the raptor kit tho. If i were you tho id look into getting the alpinetech 1590b box. Its basically the same as the hammond but CNC'd so it has no "hammond lean" and hidden magnet holes. Just get the kit without the box and buy it separate, its worth it

Yeah they are both fairly easy, just basically following a wiring diagram. Just make sure you have a decent soldering iron....thats super important IMO. And use stranded wire on you're first build (I learned that the hard way) solid wire is a bit of a pain to deal with.

LOL yeah you'll learn all the little tricks along the way and yours will come out perfect! just dont let her know that! I just got done building a unregulated dual 18650 with a mosfet board from nonameboxmods.com. I bought a 3D printer and wanted to build something quick with the battery sled i just printed up. Now I want to build a series/parallel box, thats my next project.

Oh yeah I totally agree, its so much better to vape on something that you put together by yourself piece by piece. Plus if something breaks or whatever you can easily take it apart and fix whatever you need to. I pretty much only vape on devices that Ive built It just turns into a hobby

Yeah after I build this series/parallel box I want to do a DNA with my own 3D printed enclosure. Something like the boxer mod. That's why I'm going to wait a little while for that....so my 3D print skills get up to par. I could just get one from thingaverse.com but I'd rather design it myself. Gotta get better with solid works

Oh 3D printers can print up whole objects like battery sleds or enclosures. It uses heated up filament and goes layer by layer until whatever you printed comes out. This battery sled was made by a 3D printer

Yeah man they are rad! You can literally build anything that will fit in the build deck so the DNA I want to build will have a printed enclosure and batt sled all in one

Rite on man! Will do
Hey terribleone83 i been reading on the chips and i dont understand some of it what i want is a chip to make 100w or up ok my question is i hear the the pmw chip loses power threw battery drain and the raptor 120w and the okl 20 dont im cool with vv mode so i dont have to have vw i vape at .3 right at 4.2 to 4.5v so is it true that the pmw only loses power as the battery get low and the raptor and okl dont?
