Bull City Vapor, Vapors Tek...........no VG or Nictotine. Is this a norm? Are more people using? I went with Nicotine rivers for my nic. Ordered last night.........I didn't see the Nona cake☹. but anyways..........I like doing business with the first two mentioned and feel comfortable and know what I'm getting. It's like someone has come along and wiped out all the good stuff. DIY juice must be gaining in popularity. How could it not? Taste better and cheaper. It's a win win. Where else to get a good tasting nic? I noticed a difference when ordering VG from somewhere else. If it wasn't on sale I'd never have bought it. Expensive but will say that it seems like the vapor is less "wet". ( dirty minds) got the VG from "The Juice Man".

I just checked vaperstek.org - they have both VG and nicotine! I can't imagine vaperstek running out of nic!

NN is also in stock.
Essential Depot has good VG at a good price, in stock.
Bull City stopped selling nic last year.

Maybe I went to the wrong website. I went to Vapors Tek last night to order. I get the 100 nic VG and it said currently unavailable. Bull city didn't have VG a week ago. Hopefully they have restocked.
I think the vapocalypse is happening! Maybe it will make the prices of the premium juices go down some. Can't believe the mark up. I use to pay $22 for a bottle of juice. Had to watch how much I vaped. I could go through 30ml in 2 days if it's good stuff.

I really like the nic at http://www.carolinaxtract.com/ and it comes in a amber glass bottle which is definitely a plus. It is just as clean as Vaperstek but I have never liked vaperstek clear plastic container the nic is shipped in, always have to transfer most of it to amber glass bottles for storage in the freezer. Nude nic and nicotine river also have good nic but they both come in plastic containers as well unless you pay for the higher end storage nic at nude.

There is also a coupon code for carolina xtract: Dada1 which I think gets you about 8% off. I just ordered my second 120ml bottle from them, been using the first for about a month now and even my month old mixes have 0 bad nic taste which is what you want, super clean stuff.

Starting this year in Chicagostan, you can easily pay $22.00 in just taxes on a bottle (30ml) of juice.

In Chicagostan it is illegal to smoke (or vape) outdoors at a public park or at the beaches. I don't live or vote there. With 8 people a day (on average...2015) being shot, I also try to limit my visitation.;)

I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop. The State of IL has not yet passed an e-juice tax.

VT is "currently unavailable" of the 100% nic, but has the throat hit nic. The words "throat hit" scare me. As a first time buyer/DIYer, I am about to put in an order for nic but I don't know where to order from. VT seems to be one that most people say to go to for a clean nic BUT I don't know if those posts where written when they were out of their 100% nic. Since I'm a first timer, I am guessing that I probably won't even know a difference but can any of you please give me opinions on getting the throat hit nic....or should I just go with somewhere else (liquid barn?)? Thanks in advance!

The throat hit nic is still much smoother than many others - order the smallest size to try it (I'd be surprised if you didn't like it - most do)

Thank you AmandaD!! It is crazy how much anxiety I have had about this ordering thing. I just need to realize that this first order will probably be more about learning the basics than ANYthing to do with tastes and quality. haha Thanks again!!

You'll order so much stuff in the long run that what you order now will make very little difference! Just go ahead and buy small quantities, though - I ended up with a lot of flavorings I didn't like!

You ask very good questions!

First thing I would do is contact VT. It might only be a few days till what you wish is back in stock. If I did not wish to wait, I would happily order from Nude Nicotine.

In a side by side comparison, to me the difference is very slight and I couldn't positively pick out which one was NN or VT.

You don't mention what level of nic. you plan to mix at. At 18mg, the VT TH kills my throat after vaping 3-4 mls. YMMV.

Very true. I started ordering the TH nic because a) I love TH, and b) it's the cheapest available anywhere... but I still have to add FA Flash to get enough TH -- it's got no more TH than any other nic I've tried.

If you like throat hit then go for it, if not then order from http://www.carolinaxtract.com/ or https://www.nudenicotine.com/ I have used all 3 and there all very close to being the cleanest nic you can buy. I do prefer Carolina Xtract though since they send there nic in Amber Glass Bottles with dripper, the other 2 you are going to get plastic bottles. Glass is the best way to store nic, I always transfer the nic I get from Vaperstek to amber glass bottles, same with Nude nic. The Carolina Xtract nic is crazy clean, it is as good or better than the other 2 but I have not compared directly.

Use the code: Dada1 as well to get 8% off. I have not heard of anyone who has tried Carolina Xtract and not liked it, in fact the people who recommended it to me have tried most of the other brands and I trusted there opinion enough to give it a shot and I am glad I did.

I switched to 100 mg Nude Nicotine too after trying the sample size. I was sad BCV stopped selling VT as I could get smaller bottles. I vape around 2-3 mg nic and only mix for myself, so I don't want a big bottle.
