Thank You but I was asking about flavor suggestions not percentages. Like what have others found taste good together from the flavors I have ordered. Or straight flavorings.

For first timer flavor suggestions I would suggest single or dual flavors, stuff such as:

- Fruits
- Fruits & Cream
- Cream & Tobacco (think ry4)
- Tobacco
- Desserts (single flavors, cinnamon bun, etc.)

If you look at my first post it lists what I have ordered. Have you done anything with these flavors? Single flavors is how I was thinking when I placed the order but Tobacco is the actual first run.

I am just trying to find something to make on my first attempt. Cream and Deserts are out because I do not think they are for me.

Thanks!!!

Rainbow sherbet should be an easy shake and vape. Usually tobaccos take some time to steep. Check out the starting percentages and mix up small batches of single flavors. Try them and get used to how each one tastes by itself. You can also try e-liquid-recipes.com. Create an account and add your stash. Save it and ask what can I make, it will list the recipes. Good luck and have fun! Don't get frustrated if you don't initially come out with your all day vape. :)

Thanks Ethel! That is exactly why I bought the Rainbow Sherbet Flavor thinking it was a plain and simple one and done.

Honey Dew and Pineapple are showing up in recipes which could be a contender.

Without doing research ( I havnt used liquid barn myself and havnt really seen all that much posted about them either) and outside of single flavor test runs...The easiest dual flavor test would be your rainbow sherbet + another fruit...like rainbow sherbet and strawberry. I would guess/hope the sherbet has some creaminess to it.

As for Tabaco folks like to start mixing in other flavor notes like a vanilla or Caramel in there. Maybe a liquor Like whiskey or rum or vanilla bourban.

I would also recommend looking at recpies to give you some encouragement where to go. Also totally recommend guides to mixing by weight, and all the other great tutorials.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Where do you think I came up with the Honey Dew and Pineapple? I saw some interesting stuff before on the two flavors and e-Liquids.

For the Tobacco I will not be adding any additional flavor as the Extracts already have additional flavor notes. In terms of the creaminess I am actually hoping it does not have a creamy taste as I have tried a few and was not turned on by them.

Thanks but I was already at that site and that link you provided does not have anything like "what can I make" but rather other recipes and a calculator unless I am missing something.

I found that the single flavors didn't work so well. Say, for instance, Ripe Strawberry. Nope...needed...some...cinnamon. (whatever) I started finding myself getting different creams, sweeteners, and well, their are 5-7 major brand Strawberries out there. I think I went from10 flavors/additives to a hundred in just a couple of months.

In some ways, I think it is just my variance in what I vape. I vape in most categories, save tobacco and candy. But when Strawberries and Cream doesn't taste right, their are other strawberries and other creams to be bought and tested.

I do percents, as compared to weight, so out of 100%, I divide by 10 for a 10ml bottle and then divide by 2 for a 5ml bottle. I figure 5ml gives me a tanks worth to vape it at different times a day so that all my mouth flavors affect it.

I am vaping a Chocolate Cookie right now, but the bittersweet chocolate that is added to the milk chocolate in my recipe is a little over-powering. I'm not sure why I just didn't use "Chocolate". So many possibilities.

You have to type in your flavors into your flavor stash for it to work. But It doesn't work all too good until you have a bunch of flavoring.

As for cream and creaminess...welp, how to explain in short, sometimes a cream is added not to add the flavor of cream (like milk to coffee) but to add fullness or to smooth out some edges. Sometimes it helps to provide a dance floor for flavors to dance on.

Here is how they describe it. This Strawberry extract has the taste of a freshly picked strawberry that has naturally sweetened as it has ripened. I originally planned on just doing tobaccos but since I have had a week to wait I started exploring the possibilities. Creams and sweeteners are out of my plans for now but you never know what the future brings. Hell I can change my mind in the middle of creating as I will say this smells or tastes like it needs a touch of this. The possibilities are endless.

Thanks for your input!

Yes, I generally start with someone else's recipe, modify it, let it steep, test it, modify it, let it steep...some I am on my 4th or 5th adjustment.

Some seem to morph into something else.

Well I said things can change faster then the weather! I mixed up a 1 flavor Orange Banana which the manufacturer describes as an Orange Julius. Pretty good for my first attempt if I do not say so myself. Although I did not mix the flavoring and went with the suggested mix percentage pretty good. Now I need to mess with the VG/PG as I went 70/30 and it is a but on the thick viscosity........... Straight 40 weight?

Well first 2, 30 ML batches completed. Did a straight Tobacco and Orange Banana.

The Orange Banana - 8% - Suggested % is nice Thinking of upping the flavor
Similar to an Orange Julius, with the cooling sensation of a Cream-cicle.

The Tobacco - 5% - OK but not what I was looking for!
A southern blend of Old World Tobacco. Infused with the pleasant, nutty aroma of clove and the lingering hint of ripe berries.

So I figured I should up date my own thread! 5 days into DIY and 5 successful batches. Keeping it simple is working wonders but the elusive Knock Your Socks Off Flavor is still on my mind! KYSO?
