Very cool, I too like the 14xxx format. What is the I.D. of the tank hole?

draw back to the kayfun is they like to leak out the air hole.....Would have to seal it from batteries or there will be a pain to clean.

Looks very nice. :)
Is that just a straight 3.7v mod, or is there some circuitry or board involved? Any fuses?

Yes it is a straight 3.7 mod kinda.....Its for experienced vapors......There is really no reason for all the circuitry or fuses in something this small....Its more for a comfort mod....As the batteries lose there power the vape will change. Not as good as a hit you might say..... hats when its time to change the batteries!........All the other stuff costs money..........If you use protected batteries they will only go so low in power loss ,,,, Easy to notice the loss of power.....And talvet ill have more done soon ....shot me a message lets see what we can work out............TY

What did you use to cut the plexiglass?

I worked for a long time fabricating plexiglass and have 2 bad thumbs to show it.....Being that the pieces are so small I used a scroll saw with spiral blades....Its slow but it safe!

Wish I had the skill or tools. I'm currently working on a hammon 1590p sx350 bf build. Figured since I at least have hand tools and a drill press it would be the way to go but the box is mms in not accepting a 18650 chip, bottle and battery. I've been thinking about using plexiglass to separate the 3 parts chip/battery/bottle. Any suggestions? So far every 18650 battery holder I have come across is to long or thick to fit plus if I can make one that is fluid proof I would feel better. Keystones are close and may be my next route seeing as I may not have the tools and skill you have made it clear it needs to make them well. Btw love your boxes and if you are ever interested in a vv 1860 bf box sign me up. It's like the don't exist

This one is the new one I built. Battery sled built in using keystone battery contacts. No more big space needed for the sled. Sx350 chip fits right in with charging chip. I will have a couple of these for sale soon. No chip ......Buyer uses their own chip....Only need to connect 4 or 5 wires using sx350 chip.

Def interested in one of your project boxes. What are the measurements of the outside? my goal with this hammond box was to make a BF sx350 mod and make it small as possible. BF being the thing that hasn't really been done yet. Fatdaddyvapor makes a nice 16 and 22mm BF connector and well the rest you can find around the net. However the box I has thicker walls than I care for. Another thing to consider BF or not is the sharp corners. I prefer more rounded so the are pocket friendly. That's just my 2 cents but please do hit me up BF, rounded corners or not. I can wire a sx350 np.

Very nice work there @Chuckjr ... super clean too!! With the 26650 craze lately, it's become really difficult to find (good) smaller-sized devices, imho. See, I have super small hands.. so (should get a kick outta this) even the VTR I bought some time ago now, I couldn't even use! Not only was super heavy... but found that I couldn't even comfortably reach the darn fire button to use it at all.. let alone hold the damn thing up! lol Now, I couldn't build or wire a thing to save my life either.. even if I wanted to make something smaller for myself---- so... have just been kinda S/O/L. There's the thing- that all being said, love both of the 14500 AND the sx350's you show... but would need one that's built, all the way completed. =/ Not sure if that's something you could/would do.. If so.. pls let me know. Oh, I have one other question about 'em ... Re: images. The paw print.. the spider web... how are those on there? Can't tell if it's etched, carved, painted, decal ? & .... could something else be put in their place? Pls feel free to send me a pvt msg if you're still making/selling either or both.. 'cuz I am interested. PS: will try to check back a/s/a/p & as often as possible.. but pls just know I'm not ignoring you if I don't reply instantly. (have back issues right now & it may be a day or 2 before I'm able to get 'back' online again.. no pun intended! LOL) Thanks.. :) Live longER & vape on! Amanda

FyrPrf1 Ty for your comments.....Yes this box is rather small is size....The things that make it small is the built in battery sled.....I would be more then happy to work with you on building you a custom mod.....The images are rubber stamps that I imprint into the wood before clear coat is put on. So im limited to design. It really works well because its simple and will not rub or peel off. Get with me maybe we can work something out...The sx350 chip is the way to go..Been using one for months now and will never look back.....Juice tastes much better when you can control the watts so its the same all the time....I will even work with you on the chip....They arnt cheap.....but if you buy it and send it I will install for not much more the the box price....Let me know we can work something out...............Ty
