The Deeming Regs is just the opening framework. More regulation will be added once Deeming is actually in place and withstood a court battle or two.

Deeming regs is the new anti vaping regs just rolled out by the FDA. Per their plan only vaping devices that existed in 2007 would be allowed to be sold.
So cigalikes and maybe a couple of old clearomizers?
Also banning non sealed ejuice and vaping devices.

The other night, the wife awakened and I was staring right at her mumbling shit.

Sometimes I wake up and cant move.

Was looking online at some of this FDA bullshit and its sounds like BT and BP wrote the regs and modeled it after Indiana's legislation. I'm sure there will be tons of lawsuits over this but how much damge will already be done before anything can be done. That's the question.

I already have 2 1/2 liters of 100mg nicotine on hand and will pick up a couple more before the end of the month. That should last me a life time. VG &PG is used in a lot of other things so I do not see how they can regulate it for vaping but already planned on buying 4 more gallons soon. I'm on my last gallon now so need it anyways.

Face it guys, these new regulations have nothing to do with what is best for we the people. These regulations are all about what is best for the politicians. Its a proven fact that vaping is the best anti smoking device out there, and it has cost our politicians dearly in the form of tax revenues. It has cost big pharma millions on lost revenue and it has cost big tobacco billions in lost revenues.

Wow! I sleepwalk too! Have to have 2 alarm clocks placed in different locations of my room - set to a few minutes apart or I'll get up and turn them off. When I was a kid, my parents had to lock all the doors and move the trash cans because I'd get up and throw things away -- like bills.
I don't think I've ever gotten up and stared at anyone before though. That's kind of "creepy" dude. Just sayin'. lol
I'm just a very "deep" sleeper. YOU on the other hand, are a "debil" lol!!!

I used to sleepwalk... but since I left behind... um, recreational pharmacology, let's call it.. no more sleepwalking. :D But when I first woke up from the gen'l anesthetic after my caesarian, talking to my mom on the phone about the baby... I started rambling about R2D2 and my husband had to take the phone away from me. :D I wasn't walking though, still having a catheter in place; guess it was just sleep-talking. :D

I suppose I got it from my dad. He used to sleep walk/talk all the time. No pharmacology needed. Just weird Cajun ****-Ass stuff I guess. I do remember being in the hospital on Demerol and valium back in the early 80's and calling the nurses and doctors "Groovy Cool People". Or at least that's what my family said.........???

I love my Tsunami! It's been bottom fed for squonking and I'm running dual coils at .28 ohms and it sure does throw the flavor and vapor!

Including shipping, that's fairly comparable, since the VT TH Nic would be $25 plus $12 shipping, so $37... that sounds good! How is the pkging on ECX's nic these days? I bought it from them once, way back in 2014, and the pkging was horrible, it leaked inside the *single* ziplock bag, I had to wear gloves just to get it out and clean it up. But I've heard they've improved on that pretty considerably?

I always use those guys. They get my shit up to Alaska in three days and never had a leak. Have ordered six liters the past year and perfect every time. I've been impressed.
