The first part of April I decided to give Ejuice Pack subscription service a try. I read through their website and made sure this was a month to month subscription in case I was unhappy I could cancel. I chose their largest box which was $45.99 and was to be bottles of juice and some hardware. It advertises some name brand juices ei: Cuttwood, Beard, Cosmic Fog and Charlie Noble. I realize that you aren't going to get all name brand juice but I thought one. I also acknowledge that I didn't have huge expectations on the hardware.
I ordered and when a days went by without communication I used the "contact us" on their website. Over the course of the next few days sent messages asking for a tracking # or an estimated arrival date. I did not get any response back. 10 days later I did receive my box. What I got was 3-15ml bottles of juice, 1 bottle of 30mls and 1-5ml bottle, a vape band and a RDA. The juices were terrible. Some had paper hand written labels. None of the flavors matched the description of the flavors except one which was the 5ml bottle. RDA was such crap that my husband had to put it in a vice and use pliers to get the top cap off. One of the post holes was not even drilled all of the way through,it was cheap junk.I immediately cancelled the subscription and just chalked it up to a learning experience. Last week they charged my credit card again. I tried to contact them again and still no response. I will have to do a chargeback. Just beware of this company.
