These rules are all common sense and kindness, essentially how any community should ideally operate. We are all adults, so the only shit to put a stop to is what you listed. Belittling, and forms of prejudice/hate comments.

People are entitled to their feelings, for the most part, lol, but certain things adults need to even keep to themselves. I like this. Speak freely, just don't be a dick, essentially. Good stuff.

Something must be wrong with the rules. They only took up 3" of real estate on my screen. Is my computer broken? Did the forum owner die 1/16 of the way through writing them? I was going to start a side business on the other forum writing a Cliff notes style guide to the rules. I figured I could sell them for $5 a pop. Ain't gonna work here...
