As impressive as the Hana mods are with the new DNA 30 chip sets, I'm not impressed with the bricks that are being passed off as a box. I am impressed with the works from Zero, Wapato, and a few others but they come with a hefty sticker price. So I would like to give it a go on building one myself. I have a deal set for the chips, and I have lots of items to build a fairly decent case, but what I don't have is a lineup for buttons and switches. RADIO SHACK is not an option. So, could someone please point me in the right direction?

nope...vaping connectors ain't that "electronic" mainstream yet

Remember MODS are modifications of regular electronics devices into a vaping rig...or they started off that way. Ever wonder why a kick looks ALOT like a flashlight driver

Besides you can get a GREAT 510 connector from Fat Daddy Vapes 510 Connectors V3 http://fatdaddyvapes.com/shop.html

My source for chips is, as others have already stated, digikey.com, Fat Daddy Vapes, and sometimes eBay. I just purchased 10 badass 10amp(can handle 10 amps) anti-vandal switches off eBay. A lot of the things that go into my box modes are parts I have found at antique stores(juice wells for 510 connectors). Once I am in the mind frame of designing a new box, I see parts everywhere I look. I am currently working on a 25 run of unregulated boxes, running two 18650's in series. The boxes are made from Purple Heart, Paduke, ivory Micarta, and copper. I hope to release them no later than end of November. Another GREAT 510 can be found at http://www.varitube.com/510-Connector--Self-adjusting-Center-Pin--14mm-22mm-285mm_p_141.html. Varitube has other various modder parts as well.

sorry,i want to ask i order the 510 connector to battery ,but they send me 510 connector to ego, the bottom side there is a pin is that as + for the battery ? can it used for custom box mod ? i plan to build parallel 18650 box mod
which one is the - side ?

That is a 510 to 510/eGo adapter, it screws down into the 510 connector and extends out past the top so you can put regular eGo style heads on it

+ is usually the center pin, grnd or negative is the outside casing
