I have allergies to weird stuff like Chocolate, Cake, Cheesecake and ice cream...
My question is

when I finally get my mod and start vaping (I am a researcher before trying type) is this something I need to avoid? Like anything with chocolate flavoring is it actual cocoa?

Any suggestions/ help would be amazing! Thank you all

That is what I have been doing my whole life...it is a pretty severe allergy...so I automatically look for ingredient list...got PIF'd today...so today I start no cigarettes! YAY....will just have to be dilligent about what I breathe in lol..

So thank you for replying...and maybe we will get lucky? but for now I will stick with my cinnamon (which I LOVE)

I think I am 12-18 mg and still figuring out the pg/vg ratio...friend hooked me up and most of his juice is 70/30...and I am doing ok with it

I have never noticed a specific brand. It is weird but I can buy frozen yogurt and eat that with no problem. and I can drink milk...and use sugar...all without problems. I am doing fine on this cinnamon juice...and I forgot to write down who made it! I will try to get a hold of my friend to see which one it is

I know my mom uses Splenda and everytime I use it at her house I get a small headache....I generally stay away from them ...

I know that Nitro Bex has food allergies and he cannot vape certain liquids. Stay away from the one's you are allergic to for sure.

I am just worried about some that "might" have hidden ingredients...Like for example...Oatmeal Creme Pie cookies...have cocoa in them...no one believes me til they check the ingredient list...so I guess I will have to communicate with the sites or vendors about it?

Yeah you should absolutely ask, they might not want to tell you the entire list of ingredients of course but you can ask them if any of these flavors are made with your juice since you have a potential allergy to them.

It may sound obvious, but if you know you're allergic to a particular food item, and you want to try vaping it, avoid flavorings made with 'natural' ingredients or 'extracts' of the flavor. In this case, artificial is better - though no guarantee, so be careful!

Most vendors will not mind you asking about ingredients at all, for allergy's. Just tell them what you want to avoid and most of them are happy to tell you which ones not to buy. :)

I have exchanged emails with the Proprietor of TFA "The Flavor Apprentice" and he is a really nice guy. His flavorings are ubiquitous in the vaping community and are used by just about every DIY'er as well as established Juice vendors in some form or fashion. He is very open and detailed about his processes and ingredients and he provides a wealth of information on his website that you might find very useful and interesting especially under your circumstances. I would check out his website and if you do not find what you are looking for you may want to drop him a line. Keep in mind that any info you garner from him will only be applicable to his flavorings, of course, but I bet it would be helpful in any case.

I agree with looking at this website for some very good info, also if a vendor will not tell you their ingredients....then I personally would use a different vendor. Most are very open about what they put into their liquid.
Congratulations on leaving the stickies behind! I hope that you can find a few acceptable all day liquids soon.
