yes, yes, and yes!

hibernating, hi knucks :hearts:
Evening dog!

Took a day trip down to see Karen's dad. He's in the hospital, doing pretty bad. Weak heart, weak kidneys. Doctors aren't going to try to fix anything. Just get him stable to go home. Weeks, maybe months.

We did grilled chicken for dinner tonight, spent the afternoon floating in the pool. Fell asleep and got a little crispy but it was awesome to relax. Now some beers and a bonfire tonight

Hot dogs for us tonight....lol.....Well, turkey dogs for me and beef ones for Mike......but, I'm enjoying a raz-beer-ita right now, so life is good!

Thank you Glow. 464 kids and for a Monday a record number. Used 15 lbs. of sugar to the already sweetened kool-aid. Food service delivers on Wednesdays, so I've already placed request for additional 50 lb bag, along with more mix. One can is supposed to make 34 quarts. I use two cans for 22 quarts, then add sugar to taste. Justify it by saying the ice will dilute to proper strength.
Your empty back haul reminded me of an incident of hot shot move on the railroad where a customer needed tank car of corn syrup that had been delayed on a connecting line. I gave everyone the car number and made arrangements for special handling. The move from point A to B was fine. It was a tank car delivered to Little Debbie. The car number was correct, however the car initial was wrong and it was loaded with anhydrous ammonia...not something used to make snacks. Difficult to explain to the GM at the bakery as to why it happened and then have to explain to the anhydrous customer why his product was in Arkansas when it was supposed to be en route to Tennessee. :)

Doncha just hate it when that happens? Anhydrous ammonia is used in refrigeration isn't it? I see tanks of it (I think) around cold storage.

Freezing thought winter was over. Still hitting 40s at night, then 80s during the day. No wonder everyone is sick
I would love 40s at night. I have had to idle the truck every night during the past week (to run the AC). Waste of fuel but I don't have an APU (alternate power unit) for climate control or electricity. I was in Houston and McAllen, TX where it was about 80 at night with about 80% humidity. Maybe I exaggerate a bit but only a bit. I can handle outside temps down to about 40 without needing heat but when it hits about 65, I need my AC.

I did a crazy insane thing today, I traded in my almost 2 year old Chevy Spark in on a more grown up version, a gorgeous Crystal red Sonic Hatchback. If I thought I was broke before?????? Oh but she is so so pretty and has all the bells and whistles and rides like a luxury car with ice cold air and tons of power, losing 4 mpg but gaining so much more. I have a Sonic sedan in my driveway right now but I'll take it back tomorrow and pick up the beauty after she gets her poly-steel coating.
GOOD FOR YOU!!! You need a bit of pleasure after all that you have been through.

Yep.....the redneck is strong in you.
I was born nekkid and it went downhill from there.

This would be wasted on the knuckles here, but I know you get it......think I'm getting a Rockwell 6s for dads day.....and it's kinda pitiful that I'm all giggity about it. But I am all giggity and can't wait.
Nice gift @Hawkizefan ! I know you have taken shaving to a new art form. Good for you!! Can you just get my back while you're at it? I can do the tops of my feet.
