I had to fly to NY on short notice, and didn't bring any of my favorite DIY juice. I needed some so went to a local B&M, only to find out that the only juice they carried was from China. They only had basic flavors, so I tried a few , and could tell these were juices I could not vape. The employees working there swore up and down this was the best juice on the market, the Chinese have been making e-liquid for ten years,so it's the best and all their customers love it. I told them if you don't give your customers any choices, of course there going to love your juice. The guy trying to convince me then told me in a sarcastic tone that I shouldn't call it juice, because it gives children the impression it is something good to drink. I asked if when school lets out he gets a mad rush of kids in the shop, he said, in a snotty way you have to be 18 to enter. I then told him its all right to call it juice no kids are around. I then told him that if we teach children about e-liquid then we probably don't have to protect them from it. Another employee then started to tell me how USA manufacturers of e-liquid don't know how to make it and the dozen or so vendors they tried were crap. I thanked them for there help and told them I would rather support an American juice vendor and left speechless. There's only one other vape shop in this area, I'll try there tomorrow, hoping for a better experience.
