Apple Pie using FA

Hello everyone

New member here. I've been vaping for almost 5 years now, and am just starting to think about branching into DIY.

I'm going to put an order in, and have decided to stick with FA flavours.

I'm wondering if anyone had some good cinnamon apple pie recipies using FA they'd like to share.

Thanks in advance

Wow, awesome links Huckleberried, thanks. Guess I need to play around with the search function here myself.

Thanks again, I'm going to get some flavours to be able mix one of these up.

No worries, it takes getting used to, I know, LOL.

After seeing all these amazing looking recipes, I have to ask. Can DIY be as good as vendor bought juices? I have a few that I'm really enjoying, and I'm a bit nervous to spend all the money it would cost to start up DIY just to find it doesn't come close to some of the vendor juices available.

Is it more just so much cheaper, and the juices aren't bad, or do you typically get some recipes that can rival some of the better juices you can buy?

Oh no no no no... I prefer DIY juice to vendor juice. I think most people that DIY would say the same. There are some FANTASTIC recipes posted here, and online. After DIYing a while, then trying vendor juice that I still had, or won in a contest, I prefer DIY juice. It's all about learning your flavors, how they work together and what kind of strength you prefer. Less is more when it comes to DIY. If you decide to go down this rabbit hole, you might fall into the majority group of wishing you'd started sooner.

This is not to say that vendor juice isn't good. There are some VERY good ones out there. IME, though, most are overly sweet, over-flavored and I had no idea by how much. Over time, I'm mixing flavors at much lower percentages, because they taste better that way.

That's very inspiring, and is enough to push me to at least give it a try. Maybe you could recommend a couple of your favourite recipes so I can get a good start to some of my flavourings.

Thanks so much for all your help. This seems like a great forum so far, I'm glad I joined.

Do you have a specific profile? Clearly, you like apple pie, lol. Desserts, fruity, tobaccos, creamy?? I'll hunt down a few of my faves for you and give you links.

ETA: Any you don't like?

I have an apple pie muffin flavour I'm really enjoying, hence the initial request.

I'm also really enjoying creamy with a bit of a natural fruit flavour. I'm not really into candy flavour type vapes.

Id say DIY can be equal to but usually taste better than vendor juice given you have a good recipe or a taste for correction if it doesnt work out. Like cooking food, you will get better. You'll end up vaping something you wantednto be a copy of this but its better because you added more of something by accident haha

Most vendors started out doing DIY for themselves. They came up with some recipes that they felt were worthy of selling and got into business. You will find recipes here that rival or surpass vendor juices.

Most of the recipes found here can be made for less than a dollar for 30 ml. Compared to $20 for 30 ml from a vendor, it's a no brainer in my book...
