The new website is user friendly and very well put together, easy on the eyes and nice colors.

The last place I ordered from was sweet-vapes.com but but from any 3 to 4 fairly regular, most of those have been mentioned in earlier posts.

1. i think most of your website is excellent
however the product listings could be better. there is a description next to the photo. then under that area is 4 tabs, most of which on all products is completely blank..just looks weird to me.

the reviews page has 6 video reviews. all listed under the tank sub category yet at least 2 of them are for both the rta and notch coils
while the coil subcategory is blank. Also written reviews are nice too.some of us do not like video reviews. but it is how most reviews are done,

the partners page is interesting. i wasnt sure what you meant by partners. but obviously after clicking it is who sells you products. maybe a better title for that page like "where to buy" or 'Coil Art Dealers" Also I find it interesting that i know fasttech and 3fvape sell you products but they are not listed under the chinese dealers.

on the home page....the scroll delay on the featured products and reviews is quite fast IMHO I barely can read 2 of teh products before it scrolls.
Also the i have no idea what this means "SERVICES WORK We Provides Services" I assume it means you can do oem style work for other companies but I have no idea what you mean. ANd since its about the only thing on the home page that doesnt have a hyperlink embedded it just seems confusing to me

1. What do you think of our new website ?
Overall, I think it's great. The graphics illustrate the products well and have a professional look to them. Really beautiful, detailed images. The site layout works well. Easy to find whatever I'm looking for whether from the top bar, the menu on the left or the bottom bar. A couple of things would make it better, for me. Maybe the product images in the header should fade in and out just a bit slower. Seems just as something caught my eye it was gone. Not a biggie though. What I disliked more was the constant, rapid, back and forth of the "Featured Products" on the home page. On my screen, I'm seeing that along with the top of the Reviews section moving back and forth. Just a whole lot of movement on the home page. Kind of had a carnival, shooting gallery effect on me and I left the page quicker than I would have otherwise.

Other than those minor annoyances, it really is pretty awesome. Very professional looking, easy to navigate and the products are displayed beautifully. Congratulations!

2. What's your favorite online retail store in your country ?
VapeNW and ecig.com most often have the lowest price on something I'm looking for and I guess I've ordered from them more than any other but I don't have a favorite. RTS Vapes and MyFreedomSmokes are favorites for nicotine and flavoring.

3. Where are you from?
My hometown is San Antonio, Texas but I'm currently living on the east coast of the USA.

Question :

1. what do you think of our new website ?

- Nicely laid out and easy to navigate

- I like the large changing horizontal product display at the top of the
home page. The change is nice and gradual not like other sites where
the product images switch too quickly .

- I noticed that the product page for the Stainless Steel version of the MAGE
features multiple pictures and there is only one picture on the Black versions
page. Customers or visitors would probably like to see more pictures of the
Black version.

2. What's your favorite online retail store in your country ?

I don't like or buy from any of them as they price gouge.

I prefer reputable international online vendors such as Heaven Gifts, Health Cabin, etc.
