Okay y'all. I am OCD, lol! No really I am. I need to know what my type of inhaling I'm doing. What I do is, I basically do what you do at a doctors office. I inhale taking a deep breath and exhale the vapor. Just like when a doctor checks your lungs. What type of inhale is that?
Thank y'all for putting up with my OCD.
Yes this is a Direct Lung hit- you say you have spent hundreds of dollars on ecig gear- what is the 1st thing you used to quit smoking with? Maybe go back to the gear that got you off smoking to begin with and switch back and forth with your current setup.
I kept using my Joyetech eCabs filled with 24 nic when the urge to have a cigarette happened- like in the morning for me, but switched back to my DL gear later in the day and did that for months. I have a friend online that only uses the Mig Cig, she tried other gear, but nothing felt like a cig to her except that Mig Cig, yes expensive, but works for her to stay off of cigs.
I quit smoking by using Mistic Bridge kit- I know gas station ecigs suck- but that worked for me- it was the most like a cig with no buttons to push, tiny and 24 nic Haus juice and 18 nic cartridges kept me from smoking for months- then I purchased the eCabs which still kept me from smoking. These are Mouth to Lung devices, then I used a iStick 20w with the gsair tank, still MTL( still use that) I like my eLeaf Basic kit- MTL for on the go, works great, cheap and small. I still use my Innokin vv/vw 3.0 with Kanger eVod2 glass tanks- I know people will say that is crap, but they have all helped me stay away from cigarettes!
Now I love my Direct Lung Hit boxes like my Nebox and the Sigeleis with the SubΩ X Tanks, and Pico w/ Melo tank using 3 nic, but still have my back ups just in case. I spent hundreds of $ on gear and switch it up, I still have all my gear, maybe you need to get back to what got you off of cigarettes or try something small and easy.
I smoked cigs for over 30 years and was determined to quit- no way was I ever gonna smoke again, set my mind to that and with ecigs, I have stayed cigarette free for almost 2 years! Being on ecig forums like this one have helped me a lot too!
Stay strong!
