Due to recent FDA regulation's we are going to discontinue our TH nicotine. Because we manufacture this nicotine so to speak, we are not going to take the time to write down this process for FDA and submit it to put in their Master File. This is more headache than we want to deal with on top of the other headaches coming at us and the industry from FDA.

What we have decided to do is to Find another source for what we consider to be a great nicotine and we do not have to process it since it is already about where we want it to be,and it is also at a good price point or you.
It has replaced our chemnovatic nicotine on the TH side only and we feel it is a great value for you and for us.It is cut as we cut the rest of our nicotine and we think it is a great substitute.

Thank you as always,
Kevin and Crew Vapers Tek

well thanks for telling us all...might be nice for those who dont read this website to put a message on the product listing on your website as well

I mean the 120ml bottle has the chemnovatic label on the websote so its confusing
the 1l says YOU MIX it which still makes you a tobacco manufacturer per the FDA regs

And I find it odd that you dont want to do the paperwork for this 1 product but you have 120 vaperstek flavors to do it for and for each level of nicotine which you have 5 of and 2 levels of pg/vg and 4 levels of menthol means you really have paperwork to do for 4800 products so whats 1 more.

We are just changing over Matt, and It will not be done for E-liquid. We hope that lawsuits will take care of that and E-liquid will be grandfathered in.
You miss the point I think.. E-liquid is finished product not BASES. E-liquids can be grandfathered in. If they change the date from 2007 to 2015. Bases such as flavoring and nicotine have to take a separate path.

It is not odd at all MAtt. since we have 2 years at least before we have to submit any PMTA's. and I will not be submitting any anyway.

I am not a manufacturer or anyone is for that matter, until one actually adds in nicotine to the mix. Nicotine suppliers and flavor suppliers are allowed to give their flavoring recipes to the FDA so that their secrets are kept secret and it is under a " master file" so that when someone such as myself, if we so decide too, can turn in our recipe under a PMTA, again, if we so desire, and instead of giving the recipe with flavor from certain company, since Flavour art will not give me the recipe for any one flavor, I merely tell FDA this flavor from FLAVOUR ART, and they have the recipe under their master file for my ONE E-liquid recipe.

@Vaperstek Thanks for the info - we are all so wound up over this it's easy to forget that it's NOT the vendors causing the issue, you all are in the same boat or worse than the rest of us. Good Luck for the future.

Kevin, I don't understand why you would process the expensive clean Chemnovatic nic at a loss. Or did Chemnovatic just send you oxidized pure for a cheaper price ? Will you still continue to carry Chemnovatic ? Hope your business makes it through the regulations dude.

We still carry chemnovatic. We are working on some other Ideas concerning nicotine as well as getting testing done on some other nicotine's. Small losses are the least of our worries. if the FDA wins we all lose.

1 No business sells a product at a loss, unless it is a loss leader product. In this business, nicotine isn't a loss leader.
2 It's pretty likely that he buys enough that after oxidizing the nicotine, he is still making money. Look how much markup juice gets. I have no reason to believe that nicotine is not marked up that much too.
3 A business is never going to be honest with the customer about how much profit they are making. It's just common sense if a customer knew, they would shop somewhere else for a better price.

In a nutshell, that is the answer to the question that has been asked many times, but never really answered.

Heya PuffOn, sorry I took so long... ended up out of town for a bit. All packaged and in the freezer .. vaping this now with some tobacco flavor and a Sweet flavor @ 8mg/10mg - So far it's nice and clean tasting with a slight TH ..not getting any 'pepper' taste at all - very good.. am happy with this and can recommend it!
