How to I check the ohms of the coils? It's my first 26650. Need some help with this it's a hybrid.

You will need to get an ohm meter.

my meter is at the shop,,so im not sure what the settings are,,,but put it on ohms,,,there are 3 or 4 different settings for ohms,the easiest way would be to take something you know the ohms to and just cycle through the different ohm settings until you hit the right one,and don't worry your not gonna mess up your coil by doing this,you may have to zero your ohms out,there should be a roller knob(kinda like a volume switch) on the side of the meter,just put your probes together and zero it out,i hope this helps you,I aint real good at explaining things
I set mine to the lowest setting. On mine its 10x in the ohms section. Hope this helps. and like Don said to get a true reading hold probes together and zero out, if your meter doesn't have a dial to zero it out hold probes together till you get a reading and add the amount if reading neg. or subtract if reading pos. the amount to final reading.
