On September 13th,2016,a research report published on Nicotine & Tobacco Research said that vape can reduce 21% of death related to smoking for people who were born after 1997. This study was subsidize by NDIA( National Institute on Drug Abuse),NCI(National Cancer Institute),Cancer intervention and monitoring network.They found that the effect of Electronic cigarette and other vape products is positive for public health.
Many study attempted to assess the dangers of vape and the result is opposite.Early in this year,a research from American California high school students found the use of electronic cigarettes is more than twice as many as traditional cigarettes. The latest research is different from the past,as it summarized the usage through the national data.The local data they used in the past may has special pattern,so can not be on behalf of the whole state. In this Study, the young man was divided into two groups, one is for no contact with any nicotine products ,the other one is smoker.When both groups were taken into consideration, the results showed that is not do more harm than good. Many experts think it good for health to turn to vape completely for smokers.

Most people of previous study just use vape in the past 30 days,include the people who just use one or two times at party. "This crowd is not our concern.And we have attempted to learn the number of long-tern vaper."David Levy,the Professor of oncology from George's university said.
On May 5, the FDA announced its tobacco management power eventually extended to electronic cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and hookah.This principle into effect in early August,requiring companies to apply for marketing authorization of any tobacco products imported since February 15th,2007. Levy and other vape advocate said,the overregulation of FDA could stifle the development of secure products which can replace cigarette effectively.
