Good morning yall and GFY.

Word to the wise. When using an air nailer be careful where fingers holding the board are located. One nail thru a finger cause the word "fuck" to be repeated over and over :xD:

Good morning everyone & merrily GFY. :)

War waged in Syria by the United States is illegal and unlawful, both domestically and internationally. As an American I desire being clear. I do not consent to war waged in Syria by the United States. The United States leadership is not fighting the war in Syria in my name nor for my benefit.

Apologies for making the proceeding statement, felt it of merit. I too am at a point where it seems there is not much I desire in regards of vaping. Yes, I might want to buy a few different rda simply to try them out. I do not need them though. The regulated mods I have access to use, are not currently being used. Been using one of two Reo Grand clones and one of two Velocity V2 clones. The Evod style tanks are gathering dust as well.

I might need to go to a local hardware store for o-rings, eventually. Can order wire and more rayon on a mostly as needed basis. So, it seems I've hardware covered. The biggest expense then becomes juice. I got a 256 ml bottle of unflavored from a friend for $20. A 256 ml bottle can last me a while and I'm alright without flavors. If I want flavors can always mix a smaller batch in a 6 ml bottle with grocery store bought flavors. Yep, I know be sure they are not oil based. :)

I see how it is now being converted to the dark side. Still not found the cookies that were promised during recruitment. Guess that comes from having extra money from not spending on vape gear. "Go buy yourself some cookies, now."

Well,
:hug::hug::hug: for one and all with a warm :). Y'all run 'er slow. Think I need some :coffee2:.

I stapled my thumb once, in the 2nd grade! I've been quite cautious of staplers ever since. :giggle: I mostly let my husband deal with power tools, other than blow dryers, vacuum cleaners, and hand mixers. I can just about handle a tape dispenser, when making boxes. ;)

Mornin' gang. GFY one and all. I'm up at this amazingly ungodly hour because I have thangs to do today.

It is the mystery rogue planet that someone made up and now has a following on the net.
google Nibiru pretty funny stuff.

There are those who believe the the beings on Nibiru made humans and put them here to mine gold for Nibiru to power their atmosphere or somesuch. Kind of a religion thing?

I think I'll give that the same wide berth I give every other religion man has created. I'm more the sort to try and evade rules, not make up new ones for myself.

Sadly Morely the media lies to us so much that we as Americans dont really know what is going on. I have a buddy who is an airline Captain in Bahrain and occasionally he will send me international links to news items that are never heard here in the US. Kinda like when the media was reporting how great the Muslim Brotherhood that the US sent 100's of millions to was for fighting oppression in Egypt yet international media was reporting how the same Muslim Brotherhood was being ousted out of Egypt for killing Christians on sight and being too bloody even for Muslim standards.
I remember reading one of these links my buddy sent me claiming the Syrian rebels was the ones using WMD's smuggled out of Iraq on the Syrian people while our media was claiming it was the Syrian government using them. I agree with you, we have no business being in Syria. I also believe was as a nation need to demand our media be held to higher standards. I am a firm believer in freedom of the press but when news is more brain washing than actual news then they are no longer the press in my opinion.

Got some vape mail today. The Kuro Concepts coil winding jig and the O-16 come in. Well, the winding jig works fine. I tried putting a 3 mm ID coil on the O-16. He he, I shorted the coil because it touched the posts. Thinking I see that the O-16 will be too small to suit me. I was using 30 awg wire so the coil ought not have been so big. The deck is tiny. I might try a few more builds on later, or PIF it when I get too frustrated at tiny. :)

@chopdoc, What makes it worse is about five years ago legislation was passed which made it legal for media, government to lie to the public. That is disinformation as it means someone deliberately chose to deceive. Misinformation would simply be something said out of not knowing, or giving improper sources out of not knowing, an honest mistake. Noticed within the last year operation mockingbird came on line too. That lets C.I.A, and the alphabet soup crew misrepresent themselves and give all kinds of crap to media. Example would be a guy claiming to be an engineer saying X could not have happened due to Y, but he really works for DARPA as a public relations psychologist and cannot engineer anything but a mind.

And people wonder why I don't vote. Why bother when they'll do as they want. Thinking I might even stop paying taxes. Why pay for people alleging to be working for me, if they're not?

I just realized I truly have no vapemail I am waiting on, other than the Noisy Cricket 2 which I am seriously considering cancelling my order for.

http://taxfoundation.org/blog/law-says-we-have-pay-federal-income-tax

Why pay taxes? To avoid jail? Hey, I'm not happy about it either. But when they catch you, you will pay, one way or another.

Well I know last year I did not pay. I did not earn enough to qualify for the privilege. Doubt it'll be any different this year. I dislike having fallen through cracks. And no, it's not a matter of dodging taxes by not working. I'm just limited to what is available and not by my own doing, by the SS. Not on disability as they won't grant that, yet they offer a slew of restrictions. That's the cracks I'm talking about. Then, there is not really any of those limited jobs open. Yes, I do look, yes I fill out applications, send resumes, take calls. The work is just not there.

We pay, via withholding. And then we get back over $2k, and we get the exemption for that stupid UNaffordable health care, because the kaiser permanente available via my husband's work is about 2 month's mortgage payment... PER MONTH. No way in HELL we can afford that.

Gah, don't start me on health care. I used to have major medical. The first $10K per year of medical bills, except some help on prescriptions, was on me. After that, they picked up 100%. But it let me make substantial tax deductible contributions to an HSA. A really neat little piece of tax code. My premiums were $500/month. Now I have ObamaSilver. While they chip in all along the way, I could potentially be out $13,500 if we had a bad medical year. That is on top of $1,300/month premiums, and NONE of the plans qualifies for HSA contributions, except a handful of silly ones that are clearly out to lunch pricewise.

So I've almost tripled my premium, increased my exposure, and lost a major tax benefit. LOVE it.

Mine (me myself and I) is $600 bucks a month with a 3500 deduction. They cancelled the plan for next year. Each year the price has jumped 100+ bucks, I assume the same will occur in Dec.

Happy Monday fugees......:vino:

That's a major problem if you can't set things up correctly. Yes, a high deductible tied to an HSA with low premiums is not only cheaper, but gives you better access than the limitations in the HMO type programs under the ACA. The fact it vary so much between states just adds to the absurdity.

Is the premise that medical coverage should be available to all a proper national goal? IMO, yes. This implementation was cobbled together with enough flaws and loopholes to have assured that after several years folks can point and say "See? This doesn't work".

When we both worked, even if I had something paying well, we thought we do better money wise. It turned out for whatever reason that we did a bit less than only one of us working. I worked at the poultry plant which paid $11 hrly with some bonuses, an extra $1 an hr for doing live hang, an extra quarter bump for evaluations. They had good insurance on offer if you didn't mind paying a month's pay, every month.

Both of us on our own were each making less than 12 thousand a year. We thought we could see at least 20 thousand. Right, we were lucky to see 15 thousand. Could not figure that out either, even letting her do the maths. At present we're on the Obama care / medicaid for those living in poverty. Truth is we're not even making enough to meet what federal calls poverty level, which is 15 or 16 thousand a year for two.

She also gets us grub stubs. She had to have a long talk in convincing me to ask for help. I dislike being where we are, very much. Despite that when there's nothing a person can do beyond what they're doing for the sake of external factors, you kind of have to accept it. Either that or go full on bonkers. Oh wait, ... *grin* too late. I keep piddling away though. Wife knows I keep our area of the house here good enough to suit us, she gets her own personal laundry service. Anything she needs done she only needs to ask and there is a bit I do without her asking.

Eventually might get things squared enough I can knock out some bird houses, some little wood work projects to sell to the "primitives" stores in town. Need to get everyone here together though and sort through our stuff in the barn. Seems like there's always something else going on.

I did get a 2.5 ohm coil on the O-16. I tried twice with 30 awg, that kept snapping. So, I tried a 2 mm ID coil with 28 awg. Got it to work. :) It's alright but to me it seems more for MTL. Not too fond of how the air flow control ring is set up on it. Told my wife that it's likely I'll send it out my buddy @Train because I know he uses O-16s and seems keen on them. I might do that in a week or two. Want to see if I can get dual coils on it and if that makes any difference. Not sure it will for me. Darn Velocity clones have me spoiled. *chuckles*

Well, my husband has finally achieved a pretty good income, though that's possible because he gets 7.5 hrs overtime weekly -- that time and a half is awesome shit. That's why I hate holidays; if he doesn't have an actual 40 hrs on the clock, then there's no time and a half. But he finally makes enough that even with a holiday fucking it up, we can get by -- and a good deal of that improvement is the lack of spending $175/mo on cigarettes! :)

And we live in GA, whose lawmakers are STILL working very hard to abolish obamacare, so there is no augmented medicaid; I wouldn't get it even if I qualified, which I don't, he makes too much -- in GA, if you're on medicaid, they think that gives them the right to make you pee in a cup, and I just fucking REFUSE. My pee is my own affair, my doc's if he needs it to make some determination about my health, and not one goddamn other soul's business. So I don't mind a bit that KP charges an obscene fortune and keeps raising it every year; the fact that they charge so much is why I get the exemption. My husband gets all his med care thru the VA. I qualify every year for GSK's Bridges to Access program which provides my asthma meds gratis, since I have no insurance. So all that I'm out is the $150/yr for 2 doc visits, to get my refill prescriptions.

Andria

PS -- he agrees with you 100% about each of us having a job -- if I worked, we'd need another vehicle, I'd need nice clothes, lots of makeup and haircare products, regular haircuts, and eating lunch out somewhere every day -- MUCH cheaper for me to stay home. :)

Mornin' fuckers, er fugees. How's everyone, and GFYs merrily.

Got all the shit done yesterday I needed to, so today I got to sleep in... but I was so tired last night from getting up so damn early, I was in bed before 2am! So my "sleeping in" only got me to 10am. :D

Today... laundry!

The gorgeous bedspread I ordered yesterday...
bedspread.jpg

...shipped today!!! :bliss:

It's so hard to find an actual bedspread anymore; it's all "comforters", which don't reach the floor, so you need a damned bedskirt! AAARGHHH!!! Finally found this one which will coordinate with my rose pink drapes, and burgundy sheets. :)
