Istick is pretty awesome

I am really liking the istick. Using it with my kayfun at 15watts. Used it for an entire day and damn the battery just goes and goes. Now this could be my imagination but it seems to put more power to my kayfun at 15 watts then my Vaporshark rDNA. One thing I did notice is that it won't make a connection to my Taifun GT.. I am sure I could get it to make a connection by screwing the 510 out a little on my taifun but I have learned not to mess with that to avoid leaking. Haven't used it with my Expromizer or Fogger yet but for now I'm a happy vapor using it with my kayfun.. Love the size of it.. Prefect for taking on the go and no worries about if I lose it or not for the price is so cheap. This is a great little item and I would recommend it to anyone. Lowest I have taken it so far is 1.2 ohms.. So can't tell you about how low it goes but whatever.. I am not subbing on the go anyway. Anyway that is my first take on it.. We will see how it holds up but it feels pretty damn solid.

I got mine on Saturday and put a nautilus mini on it with a rebuilt coil. Vaping it at 15 watts and think it's great considering the size.

I just bought this exact combo. This is gonna be my first regulated mod and clearo since I gave up on evods (tank and stick) almost a year ago.

Even though I am a chain vaper, my iStick's battery last's 4x's longer then my 14500 batteries. I literally get a full 12+ hours out of a single charge.

I am highly impressed!

I used to stack bat's , Trip, and had to change them about 3 times a day, I don't miss charging and changing them at all, I am thrilled with the Istick.

KFL goes to work, I generally drip at home so I'm thinking the new set up is for movies or pleasure driving.

Also, Vape NW store on ebay has gone into backorder, just a heads up.

I am so frustrated I pre ordered mine, and I will say at least Ace of Vapes sent out an email, that mine still hasn't made it to AOV yet, but they are in stock now lots of places, some at the same preorder price I paid!!!!! I do give them credit for letting us know they did not receive all of theirs yet. Evidently some came in, because they noted in the email if yours has arrived you will get a separate email. At least they notified us. I am just overly excited, until yesterday I haven't gotten Vape mail in a long time, I am what one would call, mom poor.... Helping with grad school and three teens at home doesn't leave much money in the budget for moms n dad. I can say one thing though, once the three youngest graduate hopefully from college or at least high school, lol. My husband I will feel like we hit the lottery!

I have also noticed that the recharge time is rather speedy, just can't find a gripe with the iStick...it's giving me such an amazing vape sessions. Going to buy 2 more in the near future.

I really hope that Joye doesn't venture into Higher Watts due to the fact that majority of Vapers don't ever have the need to go past 20w. I would enjoy seeing Joye staying in the realm of not investing in the minority of Cloud Chasers/Competition Vapers, there are millions of casual vapers who have no need for mods that have 2-6 batteries, 30w-1,000w, cost $100+, every 3-6 months a newer version is released while making the previously released mod useless, and yea. Joye markets not only to Noobs but to Veteran Vapers with simplicity and ease of use e-cig innovations. Joye is a founding father of the e-cig industry, just cause they don't follow suit with those who market towards a minority of vapers will not hinder their operation.

This is my sole opinion.

I thought I was saving money when our daughter did the whole post secondary during high school allowing her to graduate a 4 year degree in 2 and a 1/2 years, nope she decides I better have a back up plan in case there is not a wildlife center or zoo near wherever she and her fiancé end up (guess his job will be the one that decides where, since he is getting his masters degree in some sort of engineering, for smarter people than me, lol program) so she decides to get a masters in teaching high school science, ha a teacher like her bonus dad and I something she said she would never do, as a back up plan. I give her credit though she graduated as a Deans Honor Scholar and worked up to 2 jobs while going to school full time, and is working 40-52 hours a week now so she doesn't have to rely on us as much!

I will really be poor I. The next few years when what we call our 3 little ones, out of five they were the youngest and close in age, go to college! They should get more grants but it is the cost of living, car insurance cell phone bills, stuff like that that still kills ya! Two are extremely smart so I am hoping they get a lot of scholarships like their older sister!!

Congrats to you! I would be doing the happy dance too!!!!

Speaking of higher watts... I keep reading I am VAPING at 15 watts, 20 watts, how do you guys do that without a burnt taste, is that because you are using an RBA like the Kayfun, versus a clearomizer like an iClear 30s? I built my first Kayfun last night, but it didn't Vape on my new mech mod or Mvp2 so I just tried it on my vamo! Just wondering because when I go above 7.5 with my iClear and MVP or the hana clone it taste burnt as all get out!

I strictly use a Beyond Vape Silo Lite Tank and 1.6ohm Aspire BVC's and vape between 7-16w but depends on the juice...never got a burnt taste even at 20w.

Well Personally for me I think just 10 more watts would be perfect.. A 30watt is my ideal range.. I am in the 23-25 watts quite often. Last few days this istick has been my go too.. I think my vaporshark rDNA is a bit jealous.

That is a great price for both. You are going to love the two together. I am sure the iclear will work just fine on it.. But you should probably vape at a lower wattage or volts then you would on the nautilus mini.. But I think once you start using the nautilus mini you will never want to go back to an iclear.. the nautilus mini just gives a so much better vape and flavor.. With the Mini say goodbye to dry hits cause dry hits just don't happen on the mini.. Remember when buying replacement coils for the nautilus mini you need to buy the "BVC" coils NOT the BDC coils.

Thanks, I currently use a nautilus just not the mini, I was also thinking my penelope would work good on it as well but I hate building coils. I hear the mini is better then the bigger one is that true??

the Mini BVC coil is better. You can put the mini BVC coils in the large nautilus and it will be just as good as the mini

Got my iStick 3 days ago. Works like a champ when I use it with my Nautilus Mini and my IGO mini RDA (1.3 ohm coil build), however when I try to use my protank II mini with a 1.8 ohm coil, the coil produces a burned taste from the first puff. I reduced the wattage setting to the lowest level and still got the same result. At first I thought it must be a bad coil, but after destroying 4 of my 1.8 ohm (single coil) replacement coils (once used on the iStick the burnt/terrible taste never goes away, even though the coil continues to produce vapor) I have concluded that the problem must be with the iStick. This does not make sense to me. Has anyone else experienced this type of problem?

Yeah, i bought a second full size Nautilus for $15.00 when they were on sale and use the BVC heads in it , very pleased with them . They do tend to like higher wattage , say in the 10 -15 watt range and by putting them in boiling water when your done with a flavor and letting them dry they will last a good while.

My question about the Istick is the longevity , will these last a year if taken good care of is what i want to know. My MVP's do and some still work like new after 8 months of constant usage , if the Istick can have that type of record i would definitely jump on it.

If it turns out they are good for up to a half year that would make me think twice , we will see as time goes on. A 2200 mAh battery doesn't thrill me , wish it had a 2800 mAh or higher .

I'm happy with mine, if it only lasts a month, so what? That is less than a carton of analogs for me, and that only lasted a week. I already ordered a second one.

A month LOL , i expect a hell of a lot more service life than that for my money. It would be nice to have money and not care about how long things last but i look for long term value with vaping products.

No idea why as yet. Speculation is frowned upon. The general response seems to be plugging of ears and singing loudly. Or an assumption that you suck at pushing buttons. :D On the serious side - have you tried voltage mode turned down? Probably just sacrifice another coil but... Other than that sticking with stuff you can get to work well seems to be the only alternative.

Rumour is that it does not actually turn down with a full battery charge and will only turn down as far as the volts left in the bat are. I don't know for sure, as i don't currently have one to test myself.

The BVC coils seem to like up to 17-18w.. The Kangors about 7-10w.. I am using my Orchid v2 @ 1.3ohm at 20w right now.. but cant seem to get any KFL+ build to go above 15w without burning things in short order.
