The passenger is a dumbass.
Just because it is not a smoke/cigarette does not give anyone the right to vape where it is prohibited.

I wonder what the jackass in question was using?

People thinking it was either a "Long Lighter" or a gun in an airsick bag when it was taken away from the jerk?

I travel by plane pretty often for business (plane travel for leisure is a very odd concept to me). Now for my rant... it's stupid foolishness like this that will someday cause the airlines not to allow our devices on the plane (in either carry-on or even checked luggage).
Don't be stupid folks.....Stick to the peanuts...

Anyone else remember the day's of being able to smoke on a plane?

I have vaped on fights before. nobody knew I was, because I would hold it in as long as I could, and then exhaled downward. any vape that was left was no noticeable. I agree this guy is not the sharpest tool in the rack. what was he cloud chasing? set the alarm off? come on dude
