Hello guys forgive me for my ignorance of forums. This is my first forum, still learning the rules, the forums within the website, where to post, and what i can and can't post. I figured this would be a good place to post my first build. I'm not new to vaping. I seen it come a long way from the cigarette looking production models to the little pen mods they had to a time where 36mm rdas are norm. I remember my centurion rda from cloud chasers was unbelievably huge, now i have a 46mm alliance fat boy. I remember 40w was powerful, and thought my 200w snow wolf was the most powerful box out there, then i see boxes with more batteries than fingers you have. I was the guy who kept buying the new production mods or the biggest rda, until sadly when my asmodus snow wolf dropped i had enough. First they only seem to break after warranty expires, secondly they would have things i would love to change, add, subtract, or just inop. So finally before i bought a 300 dollar setup again, i would just try my luck at building one. Didn't look to hard after a guy at work built a Hammond box mod. But I'm a guy that don't know limits, eating, drink, workouts, etc. Etc but after the hours researching, guessing, looking at blueprints on wiring diagrams, I quickly started going crazy. Vaping is great for me, and a whole lot safer than my dipping. So finally I'm jumping in head first. Have an avionics guy, a box builder for custom sized project boxes, and all around Mechanic working on my build. Along with myself included. My first box will have my 46mm rda, illuminated monetary switches, evolv dna chip, and more to come. So I'll keep you guys updated already have multiple issues atm, starting with the threads i have now, plus the box in abs has yet to keep its strength with using 2 doors like the hammer of god mods, but we'll keep trying. But with out further ado, my first build is in work, aptly named REACTOR 46!!! Due to the 46mm rda I'm using, the huge lipo battery, and the box size 7x3x3 inches

Everything recieved or ordered awaiting delivery but without a box, no mod, but it's a dna 250 chip, 5000mah 3s 11.1v 50c~100c lipo, avid cisco 510, illuminated switches to fire/power on and off, and adjustment up and down, seen no name created a way to illuminate your 510 base, but never replied if he ever made it work with a dna board or made it work with any other 510 besides fd, so I'll be giving it a try, we'll see how it goes.

Ok some updates coming, all products in except magnets, they bought just waiting for them to arrive, 2 custom clear acrylic parts one is the base to illuminate my 510 with my green diodes, the other is the cover for my dna 250 screen, so the outside looks like it's flush with box, and the enclosure, that's been hell, cads, pdfs, emails, calls, getting a custom look enclosure is simply a nightmare for modders. I'm just trying to have one modified now, from bud's, Hammond, polycase, etc

Still got to other parts and equipment from the first ecig i had, my cloud chasers centurion rda the 36mm, and parts, my rayon cotton, my asmodus snow wolf, dual 18650 battery charger, my nitecore battery charger i gave away, along with other ecigs and unregulated box mods, nickel, ss, kanthal, and other wire, my nicotine 100mg/ml, my lorann oils flavoring, and etc etc, wanted to post everything i got for my mod, for vaping, and drawings, so people take me serious when i ask for custom parts. I'm really trying to make this happen. the calls, meetings, emails, hell this post is not long enough to fit all in, and you name it i contacted them for a custom enclosure, custom acrylic parts, fabbed parts, from people with cnc machines to people who do cad drawings, and the cheapest to do a cad drawing is 275, the highest was 5000, for enclosure, i still haven't recieved much feedback, but so far either they can't or want do it. but the few who responded went from 750 to 15000 for setup fees and some can't do my reactor 47 biohazard logo. some offered me a sticker for the logo. and getting custom acrylic parts for me is like pulling teeth. any help guys, anybody went thru this or know a few guys, numbers, email addresses you can send me, too get this thing built, i have an avionics technician on standby to wire this thing up, got engineering help at one time, a coil maker, yeah this build is getting the best of me. time wise, money wise headaches, etc etc

Ok, tired of looking for companies that could build a custom enclosure, because you can't just buy 1. They want at least 10 total before proceeding, and since the one I wanted fail thru, due to not having a business tax ID, I'm done calling around. Polycase was great but they wanted to much, i bought everything above cheaper than the price they quoted for an abs plastic case. But i did contact brimstone 3d, and awaiting to see if he can modify his 3D printed quad 18650 enclosure to the dimensions i need to fit my oversized lipo and battery holder. but just incase that falls thru, i bought a Hammond 1590weebk enclosure from digikey just now. I really didn't want to go the Hammond route, but I'm tired of waiting to build my mod. I'll get it in soon and start the drilling and milling work. And have that case as a back up ready to build if brimstone can't modify their enclosure, I'll be ready to install components, instead of waiting to get another enclosure in. and to make things crazier, polycase couldn't screen print, they was going to use stickers, so i found a company to do the custom enclosure, just bought some custom stickers for me, zazzle, and that should be in soon also. so I'll wait for brimstone before i install components in the Hammond, I'll give him a few weeks, because late December my acrylics that's paid for should arrive or first week in January, and the stickers should be in this weekend along with the Hammond. so I'll get milling work done along with the drilling, and cutouts, install the stickers with a protective coating, and depending on when acrylics actually arrive I should be getting you guys pictures of the actual mod finally around the first week of January. and i figure around the same week or the following week i should be vaping with it depending how my job schedule is. I'm giving heavy time to troubleshoot the illuminated 510 connector base. like I said earlier, no name mods did it, but only with the fd 510, I'm using an avid, not to mention it was with a mech mod, not a dna, so there will be some head scratching going on, but it's worth it.

So finally everything ordered, everything paid for, just awaiting to recieve last parts now. The 2 acrylic parts that was milled custom per my request just for my mod, the enclosure i will use, unless b3d gets his modified, and the stickers, which the enclosure and stickers should arrive by this weekend no later than the 20th, acrylics last stated to arrive on the 28th, then the build begins
