I was over the moon, doing a happy dance, astronomically thrilled when I saw my name scroll by as a winner of a vape giveaway on July 15th 2016 @9:20 of his "Getting some sun and vaping Custom Coolfire, Crown 2 & other winners announced Video. I answer every forum he had to let him know my details so I can Claim the prize. First it took him FOREVER to even acknowledge my emails, I thought maybe I had done something wrong. He FINALLY returned my email and said he was having a crazy week and that he would get my prize (Innokin Coolfire 4 18650) in the mail ASAP) I waited for about 2 more weeks and emailed him again. Another week went by before he answered, Keep in mind, this was close to the August 8th Vaping crash. He assured me that the prize was on its way. The back and forth emails included a sorry excuse about how the Innokin lawyer can't give out free samples so he was going have them send it to him then turn around and ship it to me. He even offered me one of his T-Shirts for the delay. So here it is October 15th. Still no CoolfireIV. He's had multiple vape give away videos since then. One might think if this was truly an issue with Innokin, he might even try to substitute the prize with something in the ungodly amount of Vape Mail he's always publishing, But NO. He's full of %^&. I wonder if any of this winners have ever received a "Prize". For 3 months, he's had one delayed excuse after another. Maybe he's just spent too much time on his herbal review channel or maybe he's just a sorry sack.

Shortly after posting this, another one of his non winners contacted me, he has a history of it. It's there something on YouTube terms of service or commercial law that could be used??

Lol, what do you expect? That guy is totally burnt. I stopped watching him when he reviewed the HT Slice, a single 26650 mod as a 300 watt device. That was it for me, unsubcribe. Lol.

Though he seems to have a "less than stellar" reputation, the Innokin story is true. Many prizes from Innokin's summer giveaways were frozen and remain unshipped due to their lawyer's advice re the 8/8 FDA regulations. The op is but one of quite a few that are still waiting for prizes won in July. Strange because the contests were held prior to the regulations taking effect.

This news was not lost on me, however, if he had half a brain cell left, He would have let his winners know about this or offered a replacement "prize". I heard from him again with another promise of fulfillment. he said the shipment had arrived and he would be sending them out. I'm definately not holding my breath

He did let you know but I thought you didn't believe the "sorry excuse" so I wanted to let you know it was for real. I'm sure he didn't anticipate this any more than the prize winners did. I hope you get your prize eventually. Good luck!

I appreciate the heads up, sorry if I seemed snippy (dry humor does not translate well in text) I didn't hear about the shipment delay until after her had told me twice he was putting the mods in the mail. I thought he shipped the mods from the ungodly amounts of vapemail he gets. My main frustration comes from the fact he was flat lying when he said he was getting ready to ship it. I don't deal well with dishonesty.

**** UPDATE**** FINALLY!! A knock at my door this morning from ,alerting my dogs to do their impression of the exorcist on steroids, nearly caused me to fall over in shock. The first that My USPS carrier actually left her vehicle and schlepped to my front door. The second was a package from Indoor Smoker. The Innokin coolfire IV 18650 had finally arrived. So, while I now have to retract my statement that Indoor Smoker is full of ****, He's just slower than molasses in February.
