I have the Avocado 24, Limitless, and Azeroth. I like the Azeroth the best. It's just made better that the other 2. 2nd would be the Avocado and last would be the Limitless. The Limitless just seems to be built cheaper than the other 2 imo.

Hadn't heard of the azeroth until now. Deck looks amazing, what kind of builds have you ran in it?

Love the Avocado 22 and 24, so much I own 2 of each. lol Have both Limitless as well, but I packed them away. I may try the Azeroth one day, but no time soon. 6 RDTA's may be a bit to many.

I'm new here but am going to jump in - I have two AVOCADO 24s. LOVE THEM! I keep one with single coil and the other dual....wicking takes a little effort until you get it right but when you do - awesome!

Ok... I have the avocados... avocadii? Both the 22 and 24. I also have the Theorem, the Limitless Plus, the Quad Flex, and the Calypso... the Azeroth and Ijoy Combo are on order.

I like the Avocado 24 and the Limitless Plus. The Quad Flex and Avocado 22 are just ok (harder to wick and fill). The Calypso is too open, and the Theorem is too fiddly.

Guys - he wants a RDTA not a RTA or so he says. In which case either the trick tank or the azeroth rule now. Although the Iron Maiden when wicked correectly is quite awesome. Surprised @MannyScoot does not have one.

I've been debating between the Azeroth and Limitless Plus myself. Looks like the Azeroth is the winner?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Good choice. I have both of the tanks you mentioned. While building on a Goon style deck does take some getting used to the superior build quality of the Azeroth is certainly worth it. The LP just feels and looks cheap to me.

Best rtda, Vgod Trick Tank Pro by far. Limitless Plus is alright but the Vgod is amazing.

Best RDTA Iron Maiden. The rest are pretenders. I don't give a crap about the hoopla over the name. I got mine from China anyway. Problem with Vgod is that the airflow is not adjustable. Azeroth is. I love the Vgod kit. It rocks no doubt of that. But I'm not paying 70 bucks for it. If I was doing RDAs I would get the Modfather shorty (like the smaller tank) or the Boreas.

You get what you pay for, the Vgod is so much better than the Limitless Plus is $30+ and the Vgod is easily 2x the tank the Limitless is. Better build quality, better vape, useful quality extras like the case, the included coils are actually high quality fused claptons. The airflow while a con really doesn't matter to me because it's just perfect IMO.

The Modfather with the short kit is a flavor monster. The Modfather with the series deck is a wet dream for those of us who have series Mod's. The tall kit for the Modfather, damn 20ml of juice. Granted not practical for carrying out and about but awesome for home use and funny as hell on a mini mod like the mini volt ;)

The Boreas, an outstanding all around tank. Great flavor, great vapor production and easy to build and wick.

love my Limitless +, my avocado 24 doesn't get much use. if i had to do it all over, i'd get an ijoy Combo. i like the looks and accessories vs the azeroth. vgod looks cool, but you can't adjust the air flow. no thanks.

Im on my second day with my boreas..love the thing ..flavor and all..my question is i can go all day with no leaks with air holes open and it will randomly leak from time to time..i just had one with the juice level almost empty.. filled this morning and set and ran it all day....just need some tips of living with it..the only difference is im at work and constantly in and out of pocket but never gets tipped to side..

In the same boat with the avocado. Just finicky. Tomorrow is one of my long days in town so I'll be running the mutation. Love the avocado when I have it wicked right. No doubt I'll love the azeroth as well.

My two favorite RDTA's are the Merlin RDTA and VGod Trick Tank Pro. They both have bottom airflow so the flavor is excellent and I haven't found an RDTA yet that beats either of them.

Been a while since I posted here... I now have the following:

Avocado 22
Avocado 24
Azeroth
Limitless
Limitless Plus
Combo
Limitless Classic
Limitless Gold
Gaia
Unique ApePal
RDTA5
Skyhook
Calypso
Theorem
Serpent
Dota
Pilgrim
Merlin
Karma
Trick Tank Pro
Quad Flex

I almost never touch the Theorem... Never really use the ApePal or Calypso, either. The Avocado 22 and Avocado 24 only see a little action. The remainder are in pretty regular rotation.

If I had to pick JUST ONE, it'd likely be the RDTA5. I love the fill method on that (same on the Merlin). I do like the Gaia, though... nice fill, and squonkable...

Holy crap that's an RDTA list Shawn! Awesome

What's the pilgrim like?

Also if you had to have a top 5 from that list what would you pick in order :)

The Pilgrim is kinda a PITA. The build deck is a tetch small for a 25 mm RDTA to allow for the fill slots in the cap. The fill slots in the cap are a tetch to small and have a ledge. The flavor out of it is good. It'll handle single coils nicely (included plug). It can be choked down to a fair MTL (but is really built for DL). Oh, and I can't find a way to fully dismantle it... hmmmm...

Top 5? Hmmm...

Combo/Classic... let's face it, they're the same, and I love the deck options.

RDTA 5... great fill port

Gaia... decent fill, lots of air options

Karma... SOLID construction! Good vape.

Azeroth...

And, on the bottom...

ApePal... about half the time, I can't even get the top cap off

Theorem...

Calypso... just too big a chamber for a consistently flavorful vape

Dota and Quad Flex... both require the top to be removed to fill, and that can create all manner of issues with resistance when using TC... I still use them, but only in Wattage/Power mode.

Just acquired a Merlin and a Combo a few days ago. These are my first RDTA's, and I gotta say, I'm really digging them both. I'm not a big fan of drippers, but drippers with tanks are the shizz. Especially the Combo with the 6.5mls. All the deck options are nice, but once you realize the postless is the best all the others are wasted lol. Don't bother with the rda base, though. Unless you like pushing a wick to the side, or pulling it out of a port, to refill. Kinda pointless, imo. The Merlin is a thing of beauty, and a hella good vape. Damn shame it only holds 3mls. Maybe I just need another... or two?

What do you think on the proprietary drip tip design Gaku?

When I got my Merlin wasn't a fan but it's grown on me a little still hate the plastic threading though and lvl of any sort of spare ...Augvape need to up thier game in the spares department ...lack of spare screws for the Druga WTF!

I really like the Merlin RDTA but it does require a big old build in it to shine

Also how do you like the combo?

So between the combo and the Classic do they both have interchangeable decks then? I still don't have one despite how many out there rate them

I like the Merlin tip, and I agree a spare would be nice. But really there shouldn't be a problem with wear on the threads, as it only needs to be unscrewed for an occasional cleaning. The Combo also has a screw-on Delrin topcap, which tends to unscrew when I try to adjust the airflow. It's basically the same as the Druga topcap(not counting the DT), but 3 pieces instead of 2. But it comes with an extra cap that holds a 510 DT.

That Druga clone I got doesn't have spare screws either lol. I guess they aren't likely to strip, but people do tend to drop things and lose them, ya know? Spares are a "must have" for tiny parts.

They can use the same decks.

I have a short rant on the Combo. The original glass was stuck to the orings on the base, and broke when I tried to remove it for a pre-use wash. Bits of the orings were torn off with the glass, almost like it was melted on. No biggie. Shit happens. Spare glass, spare orings, move along.
Well tonight I broke the spare glass while trying to unscrew the deck ring:mad: Good thing I bought the crappy rda base, or I'd be completely SOL with it. Guess I'll be ordering a few spare brittle glasses tomorrow:gaah:
