Ok , most of you guys know I add a lot to my mod collections, I was missing that ever popular Eleaf Istick 50. So browsing around at the Father's day sales I looked at a WAY COOL deal at Breazy.com's site. I thought a great deal on a mod I have been wanting-Hell yeah!!!. Well I just have to say I am MORE than please when I got my order. It was in my hands in just a couple days!!!!!!!

Looking at the box I was so excited to look inside, what a surprise I got....The package presentation was wonderful!!!

The guys at Breazy.com have the best customer service I have seen in a long time, I had trouble finding something and they went out of their way to find it and help me get it ordered.They have attention to customer detail and I will be a returning customer for sure, in fact as their inventory grows, they have now become my GO TO vendor.

Great Job guys, it's nice to have a friendly honest company I can rely on for my purchases.

While I have not yet ordered from them, I see they use the same packaging material that my cats adore.

Still finding bits an pieces of the last package I got and left it where the little darlings could find it:D

I haven't tried them all yet, but I couldn't keep my hands off the :Standard:Cell block four (cool square bottle, rockin the steampunk look), I was stunned on this one, Seeings how I thought it was related to those missing inmates in my area:D.....But This juice is nothing like a trouble inmate at all, its amazing gewd!!!!Vanilla cupcake:) like eating a real one right out of the oven and frosted just a tad, not overly sweet. This one will be one of my FAV's!!!!!!!!

Just what it says....SHOCK AND AWE....now I am not a juice reviewer so bear with me....This one is a magor win for me, It (to me) tastes like a candied pine cone...That's right and you have to vape it to believe it , thats the only way I can describe it, and Whiskey likes this one a lot and will be ordering more for sure of this one. Going into the juice section of the site I notice Breazy carries TOP notch juice brands by big name juice vendors. Just cool in my book!!

Anyone who orders please put in the comments that you are from The Vaping Underground and we will make sure that you are well taken care of ! Not sure yet on what hardware is being ordered next. Juice companies and flavors are being added all the time. So much so I've personally barely scratched the surface of trying them. Breazy's going to be one of the biggest and best vendors ! That's Andy's goal. The best possible customer service also. We're going to do some contests soon. Hopefully it will give you guys a chance to win some juice and it will help us to better learn what you guys want. A win win !

I have to say while I respect the opinions of the community I thought I would offer my view on breazy. I will just say it's been unpleasant in my experience ordered 2 bottles when they had a sale and got one very quickly however never received the second I figured it was a simple delay but after 3 weeks of waiting I contacted them to see if there was a mistake. They said it was a supply issue and that they would fix it for me by sending a different juice. I was understanding but after a month went by I contacted them again after 3 messages was told that my items were sent and that they hoped they were to my liking. Now the site still says processing on this order and after several messages no answers or emails back. While I think there prices are competitive and I love their selection I would have to say it's not worth the experience I had with them.

Message me with your info and I will see what went wrong. This is the first problem I've come across and I would be Happy to look into it. I'm a consultant here on the VU so I had no idea this was going on but I'm sure I can get it taken care of for you

Just an update breazy came through thanks to the previous post if you have problems I suggest contacting the guys in the forum so happy to have this handled they actually care they could have said whatever but instead they fixed it and did the right thing. These mishaps happen but it's what you do after the fact that matters the most. They even gave me a $10 voucher for all the hassle. Great guys thank you !!

Seems like a damn pity you had to post the problem in this thread to get it resolved. That alone would put them on the do not order from list. I'm a businessman too, and nothing pisses customers off more than ignoring their emails or calls.
Mistakes happen and this is the first problem we've had. We rectified it immediately when I was alerted to it. We care about all of our customers and many members on here can vouch for that. Show me any other vendor on this forum that has gone over a year without nothing but glowing reviews. I pride myself on what I do and am damn good at it. The end result was positive for the customer. There have been many posts of customers downright getting F-ed over. So if your any kind of business man you would understand that you can't make everyone happy (we've done that so far) and that eventually there WILL be a problem. The thing that separates one business from another is how it is handled and what the outcome is. On social media sometimes you have people post negative things sometimes for their own gain or to intentionally hurt a business and try to make theirs look better. This was not the case with our customer they had a legitimate issue.

Decided to drop in and take a look at your site. You guys carry one of my favorite juices of all time, G2 caRnY 4. I noticed that it says you have it in 30 ml bottles. G2 has recently upped the size of the bottle to 45 ml. I was wondering if Breazy is carrying this size yet or if you just haven't sold all of the 30 ml bottles.
Here's what they told me:
G2 is now all 45ml, we had some older inventory that we just dumped so all bottles will be 45ml going forth. He can order confidently that his bottles will be the latest batch.

The new website did away with the comments section. As far as coupon code for new customer email [email protected] and tell him your a new customer from the VU and that Dominick said to email him and I'm sure he will do something for you !

I saw a lot of great reviews posted on this forum about Breazy and their customer service and so I took a chance on their site.

I found the Alien 220w mod in stock with the color I wanted! I was so excited I ordered it especially since it was a great price and would only take only 3-5 to 5 business days to deliver. After ordering the mod early in the morning (before business hours) on the 14th (Friday) figured worse it would not get shipped until the 17th (Monday) and with 3 to 5 days to deliver probably wouldn't get it at the latest the 22nd of October.

Each day like a kid in the candy store, went to get the mail awaiting the mod. On the 22nd, I am like what the $&%*!!!

The 22nd, I sent an email to Admin@breazy of the following:

To whom it may concern-

When I ordered the item, it stated you had the item was in-stock and not a pre-order. If this is the case when will it be in stock? I ordered on the 14 and now is the 22nd. Unless you will have the item here Monday, I request the item to be refunded since you falsely advertised having in Stock and delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

It is now the 26th and still no response from the Admin@breazy

Yesterday sent an email to Andy@breazy of the following:

Andy-

I am not really impressed of the company. I placed an order through your company stating you had the alien 220 in stock and would be 3 to 5 business days. I later get the follow up email showing back ordered and still have not received the item. I placed this order on the 15th of October. I contacted the administration with no response. I requested a refund if the item has not been sent and administrative still has not contacted me back.

(*CRICKET* *CRICKET*)

I called their (818) number today and go figure, no customer help at their number but has a voice mail. I left a message but, I am not holding my breathe since I did not receive responses to my emails.

I just find it funny I can get automated 5 automated emails of sales and buy stuff from us but, no response on any of my emails.

I appreciate you saying that. I will say after I responded back to the email and re reading the email I got from Breazy, I got a little annoyed. The part in the email message stating that it said it was back order and next to the color. It did not say that at the time I placed my purchase order. It said in stock and why I ordered from their company. I screen shot the page to share with my junior Marines on such a great buy.

They come to me since I am not new to he vaping scene and let them know where to get good potential buys on mods and eliquids. They had been asking me when the new mod would come in. I am just going to share with them the emails and final response from Breazy and let them make a decision whether to do business with Breazy.com. Personally I am not going to do any further business with them or suggest them as a company for junior Marines to go for vape supplies.

Yep been running the field for a while and actually on my twilight tour to retirement. You from the YATYAS ( you ain't tracks you ain't s#+*) group, I am actually an MP. You know they say can't spell wimp without Mp but can't spell pimp either. I am rounding out my 20 and thinking of becoming a Walmart Greeter LOL. I wanted to send a better post because I was doing it from tablet late yesterday and a little retarded from lack of sleep. Anyways as I mentioned I am an MP but, also have a conglomerate of other MOSs I have slowly accumulated. I am now on my twilight tour and finishing my long but, short life time career. I have to admit when you mentioned tracks, I remember them always screaming YAT (not YUT). As a Lance I was like what the hell does that mean? Didn't figure it out until I had made a few buddies in tracks and asked. I wasn't sure if you were rolling around during that time of the YATYAS, always a tight knit group.

I know you mentioned you were a consultant/moderator and curious if also a vendor under Breazy?

I will leave one last laugh for you or might find interesting to watch. I am attaching a video of one of my training cycles from when I was an instructor in Okinawa.

I work for Breazy as a consultant. My main job is an engineer for Canon. Love the Vid. Makes me miss Paris Island lol. I was stationed at 29 Palms (the stumps) But I actually liked 29 Palms. At the time it was the only live fire base in the United States. I told Arnie, nice going pissing off a fellow Marine right before veterans day and the Marine Corps Birthday lol. Stay safe !

I have been to 29 quite a fews times when they had combined arm exercies (CAX). It was fun times just hated the smell of the lake which I hear they have since somewhat fixed. Our birthday ball is actually coming up the 3rd of Nov. I dont know if you like collecting momentos or not but, can send you one pretty nice flask. If I get another one I will have 4 of them, let me know and I will give you a way to contact me off line from the forum. As I said I originally looked at breazy for the alien mod but that is still on back order and no longer has a competitive deal. I don't feel like ordering it and being put on the very back of the wait list since no longer at the deal price with no known date of shipping.

I did talk to Arnie about this. I've heard complaints before with people stating that no ones getting back to them. He said they are putting in place a system where all tickets are to be closed out by the end of the day. I told him that if they're working anyone should be able to call and get a live person during normal working hours. Guess they've been busy re designing the site again. Looks pretty good to ! I laid into them about this. If you guys remember in the beginning when Breazy was smaller you could even get Andy the owner to talk to you. Customer service is the most important thing ! I've been doing it since the 80's. Communication is essential even if you don't have the answer the person wants to hear. Even here. I'm on at least twice a day and if I see anything I immediately respond to it. There's no excuses and I will continue harassing them until that issue is fixed.

I posted my experience high level - was a horrible experience - but didn't think it was right to post all of the details - I can and will happily do so but as I know that BREASY is here and now aware - and hopefully putting in corrective measures to improve, that would suffice. Unlike your experience and that of others who posted here, do an internet search - there are others asking questioning about them...and to question the reliability of my post in an open forum only a reflection of the calibre of the other posts - so if I don't agree by consensus, I must be wrong or a troll? :(

I did talk to Arnie about this. I've heard complaints before with people stating that no ones getting back to them. He said they are putting in place a system where all tickets are to be closed out by the end of the day. I told him that if they're working anyone should be able to call and get a live person during normal working hours. Guess they've been busy re designing the site again. Looks pretty good to ! I laid into them about this. If you guys remember in the beginning when Breazy was smaller you could even get Andy the owner to talk to you. Customer service is the most important thing ! I've been doing it since the 80's. Communication is essential even if you don't have the answer the person wants to hear. Even here. I'm on at least twice a day and if I see anything I immediately respond to it. There's no excuses and I will continue harassing them until that issue is fixed.
Thank you. The initial order was straight-forward. An automated email from Andy identifying himself thanking me for my purchase and the offer to reach out to him if there were an issues - all top notch.
Someone responded to my email and many emails later (and frustration climbing), the customer satisfaction index dropped just as quick. Eventually I was given a gift card refund - but unless I order the exact amount (including shipping) I either have to leave a credit on the account or pull out my credit card again. If transferable, I will send the gift card remaining balance (approx $12) to someone I know will likely place an online order and could use the few $$$$.
