Excellent vendor - very fast shipping, communication A+. They pack your purchase like it is a present - when you open the box the items are nestled in very colorful packing material instead of styrofoam peanuts or wadded-up paper.

a few people had issues with them in a recent order. I think @CashNVape was one
well they pulled a fast one and sold a ton of alien kits on black Friday for $30 plus shipping but had none in stock even tho the website said otherwise. they shipped my order out Friday. now I made my order on black Friday. so just be aware there kind of Shady in my opinion. first time buying there but they did pull through and Finally ship out BUT keep in mind they might say they have something in stock on the website but don't. I'll post up this afternoon when my alien kit arrives and it's the correct color.

My pre order that I vented about was through them. Was told this time "they'll ship soon, and I'll have it by Christmas". Not happy with them at all.

Well to be fair, think about it... Black Friday AND one of the most popular mods of the season.... Black Friday you get so damn busy working that you can't step away to mark it as sold out on the sight and how were they to guess that the Alien was going to be such a big seller? I chalk it up to an accident. Breazy (the spokesperson here) is a really great person and they worked to make it right. Other than the Black Friday incident, I've heard great things about them, I just can't afford to buy from there, when there are cheaper vendors out there. 
well yeah I should have added they did work with me on getting my order out as soon as possible. however! the one I ordered said it was in stock, the rest of the kits were listed as back ordered. I know wasnt the first one to order it that night either because as time went on more went out of stock. so you think about that logic for a minute. based of my selling Xp, it is not a good way to run things. I don't care if it's the apocalypse, I'm sure someone had a job running the site and should have just stated limited quinity. my advice, don't order on black Friday and expect it to ship anytime soon even if they or someone has the item in stock. it would have been nice to get an email letting me know there was going to be a delay, because I waited 5 days to email them and ask when my order would ship and that my friends is when I was told there was going to be a delay.

Yes, I'm aware it was a preorder. I am just upset at constantly being told that it'll ship this week. I'd rather be told that "There's a hold up in _______, and we just don't know."
As I said in that post, I've received orders for the same mod from 2 other vendors placed AFTER they're preorder.

Hey I heard of them guys. Great vendor LMAO ! We've been here on the VU for a few years now. We've always tried to do the right thing and if anything did go wrong we made it right. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority. If there's any issues you can private message me here and I'll always see what I can do to help. There were a couple of issues recently but that was due to a 400% increase in business. We needed to staff up quickly and get people trained. The increase in business was due to our Honest "follow the rules business practices" and "good customer service". Also you won't see to many vendors that are on here at least twice a day not only to be helpful but to be friends with the great people here on the VU !

Use to order from Breazy, good vendor with good sales, but stopped ordering due to them wanting me to upload my diving license, and didn't tell me till after the order had gone through, if going to request things like that, then do it before the order goes through.
Not uploading my driving license or giving my SS# for some juice, not worth the gamble and plenty of vendors still doing business without this practice.

I have had nothing but good luck and the only issue I have had lately was looks like vape genie was used to fulfill an order I had and I got someone else's juice, I have already been mailing with Tim and it seems to be getting taken care of
Response time on issues is amazing and always get worked out and the sales they have on juice are downright silly!!!!

We don't ask for drivers licenses unless our software cannot verify you on it's own. Even if we do ask you can black out everything but your name and address and we don't ask for socials
I ordered the white with red alien kit on Black Friday waited almost two weeks before mine arrived. Now I've been waiting a week for some juice from breazy . I still think they are a great vendor.
This is Arnie from Breazy.com let clarify two things for you that seems to have been lost in translation. First, when you place the order you are automatically put into a system that age verifies you based on a state databases. Second, you are only asked for proof of age if that system cannot verify you (I.E. P.O Box, you have a new billing address, or you simply do not come up with the database). To add to this only one person in our company has access to your information, this information is then removed from our email servers entirely so it is inaccessible to anyone else. This is the law as it stands, we must abide by it and while it may be a great inconvenience to some when it comes to age verify, taxes, etc we have always been industry leaders in reflecting the realities imposed on us.
This is Arnie, I am glad you received your unit but the statement "pulled a fast one is incorrect" and it presents the assumption that this situation was the result of malicious intent. The blunt truth is that RTI (real time inventory tracking) collapsed under the pressure of volume. We are not the only vendor on the platform we use to experience this issue. Our history within vaping shows that we've always been a transparent company, if we do something wrong we'll own up to it. In the end even the giants of retail suffer technological headaches when faced with audience numbers that crush their systems. This was a failure of technology and instead of cancelling those orders we honored them to not further inconvenience anyone for an internal issue. I apologize to you and anyone else who felt inconvenienced.
I feel like Breazy means nothing but good business. I made my first order with them for the Alien, it's on back order, so I expect delays, especially with the price point. From the research I've done on the back orders it genuinely feels like Arnie knows business and is a champion at it and cares for the customer. I work at a large online retailer, and peak work loads can kill servers and computer systems. It's a shame that people think companies are always out to get them, and do them wrong.
I've ordered from them as well and got exactly what I ordered. There was a small delay in receiving my order. But the guy on here helped me out and made things a little better by checking on it for me. I'd order from them again if they had comparable prices or better

ended up canceling of course. Even a great price won't make me deal with that BS regulation and (in my thoughts) unconstitutional implementation. Christ I can buy cigarettes with less hassle .. and alcohol!!
We don't want your personal information ! As posted earlier we only ask when the software can't verify you. We were one of the first to not use Blue Check when the regulations changed. If we do have to ask for a copy of the license we allow people to black out everything but the name and date of birth. But to each his own. In my opinion everyone does what makes them comfortable and happy and feel secure. We didn't make the rules we just follow them. Even myself I wont park in a fire lane or handicapped spot but there's plenty of people out there that think they don't have to follow rules ! Not saying that's you Foggz just speaking in general. Hey could be worse look what happened today with the Yahoo accounts ! So you never know lol. Me you can have my identity I have nothing left to lose LMAO. absolutely agree - Just my choice NOT to park in a fire zone .. or take pictures of my ID in deference to a regulation, (one that I feel is poorly implemented by the agencies involved). Lots of people have no qualms sending that info .. more power to them. Many people have no issue's with gov agencies reading their mail, recording their conversations, tracking their movements, Manipulating the banking system, etc.
If nothing to hide then no problem??
Problem: I just am too old and set in my ways to feel comfortable with 100% of such things and pick and choose when I draw the line.
As for Breezy (company) and yourself sir, I hope you know I do have respect for you, did not mean to imply otherwise. I Know that most any issues anyone has had have been 'made right' for the most part, from what I have seen here on VU. And as I mentioned in earlier post, Breezy was aces for allowing the purchase at that great sale price even tho the stock was so limited. Props for that! And very much appreciate a vendor rep that maintains the presence here that you do.

First off new to the forum, it and the people here are awesome, great vibe here! As far as my ordering experience with Breazy goes, i checked out their website and thought it looked great . Breazy's prices seemed pretty good so i ordered a couple of juices , after ordering i check my confirmation email and online status and all was well and Breazy was "processing " my order. After waiting four days with no status change on my order i used the chat feature on Breazy"s website and spoke with "Tim". Time informs me for the first time in my ordering process that i need to verify my age and i should have received an email informing me so. ( I did not)....So after payment was already made from my CC in which Breazy had for almost a week , Tim informs me that i would have to send a copy of a state issued id for age verification before my order would truly begin to be processed.
Iam a big fan of spreading the love and with all that is going on against vaping , want nothing but the best for all vap companys but i had to cancel my order and get a refund, that will hold my money for another 3-5 business days. A credit card number, address, and then a photo copied id is to much info to give out over the web. There are a ton of reputable online stores ( we all have our favs ) that don't get that personal with your info. Just wish i was informed sooner about what was really going on and glad I pursued what the hold up was or who knows how long this would have went on.

Sorry that shouldn't have happened. Did you check your junk or spam email ? I ordered something from a place once and they called me and told me it was shipped and I go no emails. I logged into the actual verizon email and the emails were in my junk email folder. My email on my phone and computer don't pick up on the junk mail folder on the verizon site. Regardless I apologize and if there's anything we can do email [email protected]. Also, we dont need your whole drivers license. You can black out everything except your name and DOB. This only happens when our software cannot verify you on it's own. Probably you had a P.O. box
