Coil leads getting hot spots how do I fix this

Hello i built 2 macros coils useing Mad hatter 26g wire ,i set them up in my baal v4 rda and they glowed perfect but after inserting my cotton I noticed the leads on the coils had hot spots in them how do I fix this

Skip to 18:20 in my video to see how to remove hot spots. has to be done prior to wicking and also i'm using CERAMIC tweezers. Don't use metal ones ;)

Hard to see anything from your photo.
You must have moved something while wicking, pull the wick out and start over.
Why are your leads so long?
