It's a great hobby, I went to school for it and also ran a portrait studio years ago as well as managed a camera shop, worked on 120 set ups with negatives that were as big as 8x10's, all very cool stuff.
Me too! no way!, I was the manager of a Make over studio for ten years, all portrait stuff though, that was 11 years ago now and when I started it was ALL wet developing in a big Jobo machine, then we eventually went digital. I've literally just bought myself a new camera last week and am looking at getting back into it again but not portrait, I want to do some landscape and wild life stuff, I'm off to the Snowdoia Mountains for a 4 day break in a couple of weeks so I'll be snapping away ;)

I liked the old school , negative, developing chemistry, printing out your own even if you could add your own custom color and density while printing them.
And before Photoshop where we had a piece of photographic paper 'palette' covered in different colour dies and a paintbrush, I'd spend so many late nights 'spotting' photographs haha.....yeah they took all the fun out of it

Photography??? I mess with it a little, here's one of my favorite photos I've taken. It's in Saint Marteen, sorry for the crappy upload it's from my phone since I'm not home and don't have my laptop with me to upload the actual one of the camera.

It got changed to tampa. I leave Monday morning
OK, I thought it was you. Was going to caution you about the I-4 construction going on through Orlando ... it's a bitch, specially if your hauling in an 18 wheeler. If you do have to run up through Orlando, try to hit is middle of the day. It will be much less traffic. Between 6:00am and 9:00am is bumper to bumper, 20mph or less. Between 4:00pm and 6:00pm is the same.

Weather is supposed to be nice all week, so you will enjoy that depending on where you are from. Sunday is all day storms, so glad your coming in on Monday.
