So since I recently quit smoking and vaping i'm starting to notice that my gums are becoming more and more irritated. Does anyone else have this problem? If so what do you do I vape a 70/30 and 3 mg.

By irritated do you mean bleeding?

Noooo it is not that , my gums don't look like that . Could just be cause wisdom teeth are coming in , also burned roof of my mouth. But was just curious

If not better in a couple days, or so, I'd definitely have it checked out. When I quit smoking, all kinds of weirdness happened, physically. Smoking does all kinds of terrible that we don't notice til we stop. Sometimes those toxins leaving, is just as bad, as introducing them.

Definitely get it checked out if no better soon, definitely if it worsens.

My dentist noted an improvement in my gums after I quit smoking (and started vaping).

Are you by chance getting any liquid spitting into your mouth from your gear ?
Nicotine in the juice could irritate things if it was getting sucked up into the air stream before vapourizing.

My gums bled/were puffy looking when I started vaping but they normalized pretty quickly. All the "research" I did into it seemed to suggest it is from the chemical balance in your mouth that has been affected by smoking returning to normal. I forget the actual terminology (vasoconstriction?) but basically smoking restricted the blood flow to the gums and after stopping it all comes rushing back to them which can lead to some very minor bleeding and puffiness. But I'm just a guy on the interwebs if it's bothersome get it checked out, better safe than sorry.

VG/PG are solvents.
Being crud solvents they soften and dissolve the crud in our gums AND lungs so we can spit it out.

Same here. When I first started vaping it looked like I murdered someone in my sink after brushing my teeth. Basically, it was just my circulation improving from not smoking.

One other thing, I was wondering -- when I started vaping in 2014, "70/30" meant 70% PG, 30% VG, but high-VG has become such a fad, who knows what it means anymore. If it really is 70% PG, that might be a bit too high for you, could be irritating your mouth, you just happen to notice it more in your gums.

If you've fallen into the high-VG/backwards trap and it's actually 70% VG, then what everyone else said -- your circulation is returning in your mouth, so until your body gets used to the change, you might notice a little bleeding from the gums. All sorts of weirdness goes on when a habitual smoker stops poisoning themselves. :)

In the meantime, you could try a mild, , warm, saltwater rinse. Just table salt, warm water, mix it up and rinse a couple times a day. It's somewhat soothing. Yeah it tastes really gross, too.
