Thanks , for the info all y'all ! I got my Sigelei 100w a few days ago ,LOVE IT, and have been reading a lot on the usage of Watts vs Voltage and experimenting with different builds. I've got to say that building higher ohm/30-32ga coils for a dual battery/variable wattage device has proved out for me for a full thick big cloud, flavor , and MAJOR battery life ! I had a very hard time believing it until I read so much then, tried it. I normally vape on a mech/dripper in the neighborhood of .19- .35 .so, the first thing I did was slap a low ohm build onto my Sigelei and LOVED it. Buuuuuut, I saw the battery life on it get slurpededed down like Jello Shots! I had heard reviewers talk about insane battery life but, I wasn't impressed. My 2x Samsung 20Rs are not as Mah-y as the 25Rs but 4000 mahs aint tiny. So I built a duals, 2mm/ 30 ga / to 1.8 ohms. At 35 watts hose things hit even bigger and thicker than what I run on a mech and dripper! Not as HOT though. Unfortunately, the device was running at full voltage and still sucking it down, of course. So I shot for a 1.4 ohm /30 ga /single coil and put it in my old drilled out octopus for giggles . It's reading at 1.5 ohms and 24Watts/6 volts and delivering a quick/thick/ tasty vape and seems not to be sucking the batteries down like crazy. Its hard to switch my thinking over from having used mechs for so long but, after reading this article , it does make sense to me for my high wattage device. Its VERY well written and an enjoyable, easy read.

I am , by no means preaching or disputing your experiences. Just offering up mine , so far. I'm still looking for the perfect sweet spot on my Sigelei 100W myself but, thought this could be helpful to someone.
Here's a quick shot of mine performing with those 30 ga duals, at 1.8. I use 2x Sony VTC4s.
