Hey guys,

I've decided I would like to build a box mod, and am very intrigued by the set of features the DNA 40 offers. I've messed with some electronics stuff before, but I'm not 100% confident in my ability to put together a whole build by myself.

I'm thinking I'll probably do the thing where I put it together in a Hammonds enclosure with a polycarbonate sheet as the cover and then use VHT Nite Shades to obscure the inside. I like the way that looks and it certainly simplifies dealing with the screen and such. I haven't seen this done before, but I was thinking of using the 1590TRPB trapezoidal enclosure on the left below, I think that would look cool.

I'm not planning on doing any extreme sub-Ohm vaping, I mostly just want my box mod to be able to run a dripper at ~0.5 ohms ( with the option to maybe go a little lower ), so really high amp ratings aren't a concern here. The batteries are what I'm mostly unsure about here, I was thinking about two 18650s for increased capacity, in particular two Efest IMR18650 2500mah batteries wired in parallel, however the DNA 40 data sheet says that a single high-C rated lithium chemistry cell is recommended, is there a drawback or problem with using two cells instead of one?

Also, if anyone has any good resources they'd like to recommend, I'd appreciate it. There's not much out there on DNA 40 builds right now because it's still pretty new.
