3 and one half years ago I bought an E cig called "smok Woo", It came with 4 ICR 16340 3.7V 650 mAh batts and the device only used two at a time...This let you have 2 fresh batts all of the time...Well, now they don't hold there charge very well and I went to Ebay to buy so new ones...I found some batteries of the exact specs BUT also found some with 1100mAh and some with 2300mAh...My question is will these work ?....Are they better or not?....Thanks for any advice

Supply a link to batteries you are looking at.
The charger that device came with might be a little lacking.
The 2300 mAh rating for a battery of that size seems a inflated.
I will look into other batteries at other sites here for guidance as they are not that popular these days.
