Intro:
Hi all, Anthony vapes here with my review of the Wotofo Troll RTA. As always I'm keeping things honest. No frills, no BS, no overhyping. This was purchased by me for the review so no disclaimer needed.

Overview:
The troll RTA is a "GTA styled" RTA. which means it has a raised build deck in it. It's short, has a good capacity and a decent sized build deck for medium builds. It's a 24mm RTA that is about 43mm high (so pretty short and compact) It comes in 2 colors Black and SS

Included:
In the box you will receive a spare glass, some coils and wick, an instruction manual, and some spare orings and screws

Impressions:
The troll RTA is a short compact RTA. The flavor from it is good but much warmer then it should be due to the design of the deck. Airflow is good and smooth but overall it lacks anything impressive. Run of the mill performance but with below average quality. the cons on this device outweigh the pro's greatly. The extra metal on the build deck makes the vape hotter then it should be. the location of the insulator is too close to the coils and will melt/burn. the post screws are really poor quality as is the threading.

Pros
Size, Flavor, Airflow

Cons
Drip tip (non replaceable), Build quality, Post screws, Build Deck, Insulator position, heat

Conclusion:
Although this was a very hyped up product, i fail to see why (unless people were paid off or not very through), For average performance you get much lower quality then it should be. For that I cannot give this a thumbs up. I'm all about honestly and this is one I think people should pass on. If i lost or broke mine, I would not replace it or miss it at all. This RTA is not Anthony vapes approved! As always I'm here keeping it honest, hopefully you all can say you are doing the same :)

Good review.
I still say this looks just like a Smok Minos except the Smok has a much better deck and drip tip.

Hey bro, what's the best Sub ohm tank out right now?
hard choice. I like them all a lot. The melo 300, tfv8, and blazer 200 are all good if you use the smok coils. The EXo XL is good with the C4 coils, the maxo V12and the C12 coils are good as well. and the TFV12 and Eco 12. all really good tanks. I don't know if i could pick 1 personally but I'm kinda leaning a bit towards the eco 12. can't really go wrong with any of them though

Eco12? Never heard of it
yeah i'm using it right now. the x4 coil is ok. the q4 coil i didn't like but the t12 coil is really good. i'm gonna use the t14 and t16 coils next.
i got the rainbow one

it has a little less air then the TFV12 so i feel like the vape is more dense

In all defense I think the top cap is garbage but with the right coils it performs just as well as any other tank... Its all gotten so minimal in differences nowadays it all really dont matter much

it does give some good flavor with a medium size build and medium watts. around 70-80ish

I rarely go over 60 nowadays I hear ya I am just indifferent on all the hype on any tank :)
it's a fine device for that range flavor wise. just wasn't happy with the quality or the fact i cna't vape it at my normal wattage. i liked the fuji and kumo better but overall none of the GTA style tanks were impressive

Everyone is entitled to there views and preferences, I guess as with all RTA's it depends what build you put in there.

I still love my Trolls, doesn't mean I was paid off or did a half ass review.

Different strokes.

I know, it just didn't have enough air for me to give me the vape i prefer, but i still get a good vape on it flavor wise. all things said, if the quality was better on the threading and post screws, and the insulator didn't melt i probably would have given it a recommendation with the disclaimer not to use over 100 watts. the poor quality was my biggest issue

kumo was posted yesterday

fuji will be up sometime in the next few hours. I'll throw it in this thread for comparison once I get it published on youtube

overall I'd take a rta style (exo rta, supreme, boreas) but out of the 3 definitely the kumo but it has it's negatives as well though

Totally agree with your review. The metallic overload you mentioned is why the OBS engine nano is a crock of shit as well. The Troll is a badly made rta and can't handle high wattage dual coils so it's a pointless buy. That insulator is shit, would have preferred a single coil deck. The hype around this RTA has been disturbingly biased. Can't believe i fell for it. Shit! You live and learn. A complete waste of money. Apart from the Merlin mini and i joy exo, what other single coil RTA's would you recommend? Love your reviews by the way

Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoy. I have a top 5 to date video and it's the exo, supreme le, boreas, navigator, Griffin 25 plus. In that order but those are primarily dual coil rtas. I'm not huge on single coil ones but I love the ohmega alpha one.
