What RDA should I buy?

I have recently gotten into RTAs but now want something that I can use different juices without having to empty a tank and refill it with another juice so I wanted to maybe get an RDA. I have an avocado 24 and I like the flavor factor of it and that it's an easy build so what RDA should I get that's similar? Thank you.

Well it's all personal preference really. If it's the build deck you like im not 100% sure on velocity styles for rda's. My first was a twisted messes clone and I hated the thing cause the 510 pin kept coming loose.
Second one I got was a 24mm goon authentic and I've loved it and haven't picked up another rda since. I love the clamp system on it. I was newer at building myself but after I got the hang of it. The build deck really allows for nice installation of more advanced coils if you get into it. I like the flavor off it too and it puts out some good clouds.

Are you gonna be dripping rather than squonking?

If so

Skill RDA is fantastic but a bit more pricey my favourite RDA for complex builds

Goon and Kennedy are both well liked by a lot of people have a large following most coil builders out there have one or both I'm yet to get either though

Icon, Peerless, Rashomon, Druga all good RDAs in the mid range bracket I own the first 2 at the moment though will pick up the others as well (Peerless wins for me on flavour and draw, icon on utility and build quality)

also check out the skywalker, the wotofo lush plus or the Cigpet Eco

Pharoah Dripper tank is very good although more of an RDTA to me flavour is on point and has a lovely draw although refilling is a bit of a chore it's only 2ml

Flavour wise hadaly hands down though it shines more on squonker mod as juice capacity is tiny

If I were to choose right now for dripping from the Ones I own it would be the Skill RDA

Head over to the written review section then go into the atomoziers sub section for further info or look any of these up in YouTube

I would personally say the Pharaoh Drip Tank would be a great one. Only a 2ml capacity, so no allot of wasted juice when you want to switch out. Its easy to build and rewick, and flavor is amazing. Also, not as hard to refill as you might think. Just till the atty to the side a bit towards one side the wick is on and drop your juice through the top. I saw that on Grimm Green. Also The Recoil RDA is another good one. Very easy to build on.

It largely depends on how you like your vape. My top two favorite RDAs are the Purge Mods 22mm deck equipped with a matching Purge Mods cap and drip tip (I use the brass Maelstrom cap and drip tip on mine), and the 27mm Mason Advocate RDA... both of them in terms of both flavor and clouds because I'm the kind of guy who simply can't enjoy flavor without clouds, nor the other way around, and I don't expect this to make sense to everyone, but to me it makes all the perfect sense in and outside the universe.

All of these are pretty easy to build. My personal favorites are the Icon, Eco, Druga, and Nova but they're all good in their own way. Skywalker is the best bang for your buck RDA out of them.

There ya go. I forgot Druga, and Icon in honorable mentions. Both awesome well rounded RDA. Dueces cover more details in the review. The reviews are consise written, straight to the point. Look over as many info as you can.

@KingPin! and @SirRichardRear in written reviews/video sections as well. What I like bout VU reviewers.. it's like an index card you pop it open find what you need close it. Not pages of bullshit. Trust, I was a Lil weary as a new member too.

Or do my style pick just buy the best of each category :giggle:

For flavor nothing beats the hadaly imo

^^agreed best flavour out of anything I've ever tried regardless of atty class ...and thats from the ShenRay clone version I have!

I've made some of these monster coils supposedly giving huge flavour and clouds in the search for a best vape experience (more as a hobby)
But stuck in a simple 5wrap fused clapton in the hadaly and it creams everything lol

I shall be getting the real deal!

Ditto to everything that you said except I use a simple 5 wrap 24 gauge coil. Dreamy

What diameter coils do you use Kingpin, and what gauges?

I just noticed VapnFagan has reviewed the Blitz Enterprises Musketeer RDA on his youtube channel. You would want to clip your leads of your coil(s) before mounting, and maybe you would have to hold your mod so it leans over to either side whilst dripping down the drip tip to prevent leakage, but especially with a Half Moon Mods drip tip on this RDA it looks like it could be an amazing new performer thanks to all the really innovative airflow options.

Depends on the atty I'm using and what I can fit in it ...In the hadaly i use a single 3mm coil fused clapton or staggered fused clapton with 5 spaced wraps all SS 316L (2x28 gauge core with 38g wrap) only because you'll struggle to fit anything larger in it! I'm using it on the lost vapes drone BF mod with temp control hence the SS rather than kanthal or NI80

Running one of these SFC's I made in it at the moment (unwound a couple of the wraps to fit it in)

Normally I like anywherere from 2.5 to 3.5mm coils (use 3mm the most) and tend to use kanthal core with a nicrome wrap the most as I prefer the flavour from them

Although having said that SS316 core with a kanthal wrap was really good too

Nichrome80 is easier to work with on the wraps than SS or Kanthal as its less springy and gives the nice colour shots you see people post

Bit the bullet myself and ordered the Mad Dog by Desire today should be here in a few days and I'll let ya know my thoughts.

Figured it would look sick on my Blue G2 with the blue version of it and I've been hearing good things about it.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. That's what I needed to know. I forgot to ask, what wattage range do you run these coils in your Hadaly? I'm not familiar with the Drone...all I know is that it's a bf mod.

Yeah it's a squonk mod so negates the tiny juice well in the hadaly... just push the squeeze bottle (11ml) for more juice ...awesome

Regulated VW Mod wise doesn't matter what you use really ...My current coil comes out about 0.35 ohms vaping that on wattage mode at 44w anywhere from 38-45w will be fine :)

DDP TYPhon RDA - easiest build deck ever, orientable positive pin, incredible flavor, never leaks, low profile, BF pin available.

I love that thing so much I have 6 of them.

Can you tell me where you bought it from. I can't find anywhere online that sells it and the website says it's out of stock

I bought my first one from High Creek (they still have it here), my second one from some French vape store before the ban on internet purchases of vaping products went into effect recently here in Belgium, and the 4 others from local vape buddies after the ban - who now regret selling them to me :)

Like mods, atomizers come and go quickly on the market. If you like something, you'd better stock up on it while it's the rage of the moment, because in six months it'll be impossible to find. Most of my favorite atomizers have now disappeared completely, which is why I haven't even bothered recommending 'em in this here thread. The fabulous DDP TYPhon is sadly on the tail end of the fad, but is still available. So I say get it while you can, you won't regret it!

Mad dog just came in yesterday doesn't seem to bad I was lazy after I washed it since there was still oil on it from machining. Threw a couple of the Chinese mass produced kanthal so called alien coils in since I had one pair left from when I first started using RBAs but wanted to try out the G2s kanthal TC.

For the price the build quality is good. Not sure if I'm a fan of the posts tho. Hoping it'll be better when I get around to making my own coils. Since the core wire in the alien is a ribbon wire and the post holes were too wide for the coil. Wrapping my own coils would also help it cause I can toss in more wraps to cover the area I want. The airflow tho is awesome. Flavor and clouds are really good. Can really pack cotton into the well if you want and not worry about it stopping the air from hitting the coils.

For a more beginner builder I would definitely recommend this. Price is in the low range for RDA and it'll fit bigger coils if your looking to start making more advanced coils.
