Full Disclosure:

Let’s get all the disclosures out of the way. This cotton was sent to me directly from Vapers Choice Cotton specifically for the purposes of this review. This will not in any way, shape, or form cause me to give this cotton a favorable review or change my opinion in any way.

First Impression Out Of The Box:

This is some straight cotton, It has an almost hair like quality to it. Very soft and silky. Comes in a glass jar which is a nice touch.

Overview:

VCC cotton is made of Supima cotton which is supposed to be the world's finest cotton. VCC has a patent pending process that insures the cotton is clean tasting. They do not use bleach or peroxide in their process.

This is not like other premium cotton I have used. This cotton has a very silky, hair like texture to it. It is very straight yet soft but it still does not have the fluffiness of traditional wicking materials. There is not as much density to it as opposed to traditional cotton we use for wicking. It just feels like a very fine clump of hair. I know that does not sound to flattering but that is the best way I can describe it.

It is a little tricky to find just the right amount to use. Only because of the lack of density it is really tough to judge how much you need. It definitely takes some getting used to. Because the cotton is straight and thin a little more or a little less cotton can make a big difference on how tight or loose your wicks are. This cotton does better when it is wicked quite snug. Loose is no good for this wicking material.

Here are a few pics comparing it to Puff Pads and Native Wicks. The VCC will be on the left in both Pics.

But Deuces, How Does She Vape:

This cotton vapes great. There is no break in time and it tastes clean from the first pull. One thing I noticed is I think I like it better in general in RDA’s and RDTA’s than I do in RTA’s. I’ll explain, Because of the the straightness and the fact that this cotton does not have the same kind of fluffiness. I feel it does better in an RDA or RDTA. Some of the new tanks need a ton of cotton in the wicking ports and this cotton just might not be able to provide that kind of volume. Again, that's not the case for all RTA’s but definitely some.

Because of the straightness of this cotton it has unbelievable capillary action. This cotton just draws up the juice. It wicks great while chain vaping and keeps up really well. You put this cotton in a great RDA or RDTA, lay you wicks on the bottom of the deck and get ready for the flavor. Right now I have wicked through some Alien coils in my CSMNT. I’m getting pure intense flavor right from the start. It is also quite durable and I find myself re wicking a lot less. So far it seems to be extremely durable.

It will work great in RTA’s that require a loose wicking. Some RTA’s require a ton of cotton and some don’t. VCC will work best with the RTA’s like the Boreas or Aromamizer where you are just laying your cotton in the deck. I just got the Govad RTA from Vandy Vape and it works very well in there. Mainly because that RTA does not require a lot of wicking material and the less you have in the wicking ports the better. This is not a cotton that needs to be stuffed in there. It works best in tanks that require you to place the cotton in the wicking port. Or it will also work great in tanks that require you to normally really thin out your wicks. Instead of thinning them out give this cotton a try.

Conclusion:

If you're into the premium cottons like Native Wicks and Cotton Bacon then give this brand a shot. It’s right up there with those brands. You should definitely try it if you're a vaper that prefers RDA’s or RDTA’s because it seems to perform especially well in those situations.

Your pics remind me of Native Wicks Platinum

The second pic is with Native Wicks Platinum Blend. This stuff is straighter, silkier, and less fluffy.
