Hi guys and girls! I'd want to buy my first high wattage mod, and I couldn't choose from two, the Eleaf Ikonn 220 (Fasttech, PreOrder, $34.30) and the Joyetech Evic Primo 2.0 (AliExpress, In Stock, $33.99 with coupon, $34.99 without). Which one should I choose? And if you have any other suggestions, please let me know.

Personally, I wouldn't do either of those. Check out the reviews on the VooPoo DRAG.

The problem is that I have just $36 for the mod, and the cheapest price that I can find for the Voopoo Drag is $38.06...

Oh... I didn't see where you are cost constrained.

I own the Primo 2.0 since a few months, it's a good mod for the price.
Do not expect to actually reach 220+ W with it though, nor with any other VW/TC dual 18650 mod, there's not enough power in there...
On a side note the mod requires 2 (good) 18650 batteries, always to be used/charged together, and possibly an external charger to - doh - charge them.
All of the above will raise significantly the price point, unless you already own that stuff
PS if you buy the primo buy also a silicone cover for it, 1$ or thereabouts, for its finish is really smooth - and slippery.

I wondered about the Wismec RX 2/3 too, but I heard too much bad stuff about its 510 connector...

I already own an external charger, and I already ordered the batteries (Samsung 25r, green), that's why I'm looking for double battery mods. And I've learned a lot about battery safety, and I know that they wont go up to 200+ watts with two battery...

Well I also happen to own a predator, whose 510 is supposed to break if you just look wrong at it, but so far so good.
I take care not to mechanically stress too much these mods, they're not expensive so bottom line the materials are what they are

I would carry it around my pocket, in my bag or in my hand, so it would get a bit of stress at the 510...

Maybe the Joyetech Ocular C? (I won't use the mp3 though XD)

Joyetech owns eleaf. So probably the same quality. How about a smoant Battlestar? Been around for probably 6 months with good reviews and user feedback. Saw it on elego mall for 31usd. Supposedly the predator 510 is now fixed. They changed it a bottom press fit versus the original top press fit.

In your price range, there's always going to be a few downside and maybe a gamble on quality. I respect your budget so only made suggestions taking that into account.

I couldn't find anything, that states that the Predator got a new 510, just that the P80 (the new "Predator mini") got a new 510...

Hey guys! What do you think about the Movkin Disguiser 150? There's a massive clearance sale for it on efun.top, and I wondered if it's any good (I saw videos about it, but i saw some issues with low voltage of the battery and the buttons) So, what are your thoughts about it?

X1000 on Smoant Battlestar.
Best affordable mod on the block.
I was doing dishes one day, my mod was on the counter and I accidentally knocked it into the sink. Into a bowl of water (!) Battery door opened, batteries flew out.
I was sure it was a gonner, I yanked it out as fast as I could and let it sit overnight in a bowl of rice.
Next day powered up no problem.
That was about 3 months ago, still works like a champ.
It's small, it's durable it's super cheap.
Win Win Win.

Smokstore has the Ikonn for 29.95 shipped. (pre order) I personally think you will be happy with the Primo 2. The fast charge and easily upgradable firmware makes this a decent choice for the price.

I watched the reviews of the Voopoo Drag, and the problem is that 24mm doesn't fit (just with overhang)...

One more reason to grab the RX2/3, put ArcticFox on it, and fix the 510 like I have explained in the other thread. ;)

Smoant Battlestar is a beast!! Also, the Hohmwrecker G2. I wouldn't take 3 times my money back for my G2. There are still a few of them available but they're harder to find then a couple of months ago.

The Battlestar is my next mod to buy, and the Smoant Charon is next after that. I'd also like to own an iJoy Zenith, but it's a 3 battery mod.

@MWorthington OP has a $ constraint otherwise there are a lot more I would recommend.

Yep. My bad. I forgot about the $36 ceiling. In my opinion, the Battlestar is without a doubt the best bang for the buck out there at the moment for a regulated mod in the price range.

so, I decided, and I ordered the VooPoo Drag, because it had a big sale on fasttech, it was $32.88, so it was well under my price point :D and I saw the overhang with 24 and 25mm atties (in some videos), and I really don't mind it :)
