Posted this right after @CaFF in the thread about the sale, but I feel like showing off... My first authentic, Copper Vanilla with SS lock ring and top cap. It's awesome! Especially at 52% off. I have spent as much on a clone In a B&M before. Feel like I robbed someone.

Also won all 7-30 ml bottles of Juice Maniac from mod envy, fucking great juice! Seriously, incredible stuff. I also got in on Vapor Kicks 120ml for 19.99 and got Unicorn Tears, and Cloud Crunch, and got 102ml each of Bubblegum and Butterscotch from Vista Vapors. One bottle was open and leaked some, so I have a credit for a free 102ml bottle as well. Juice came a bit ago, but it's nicely steeped now, so it's new ;). I have soo much fucking juice ATM. I'm loving it. The Cloud Crunch is 80/20 VG PG, so it's tough to Kayfun it, I've actually been dripping. My Igo-W doesn't cut it. I have to drip constantly, so an RDA, probably A magma is next. All great juice.

I'm so happy to finally have that ONE authentic I keep talking about getting, and then buying more clones instead, lol. The switch on this thing is truly glorious.

Nice man! I kept saying I'd get an authentic, and finally did. I've been saying I'm gonna DIY forever, I really need to do it. You mind me asking what your initial investment was?

if you don't mind,,,what all did you order Celtic Fog
I ended up ordering a gallon of VG, a liter of NIC/VG based 36mg and five different flavors. I also ordered a few graduated cylinders and a few large boston round bottles, the liquids i got from www.Ecigexpress.com and the tools from www.hometrainingtool.com, I got enough to make a full 500ml and enough NIC to make 1000ml more, just need more flavorings to get the other bottles made. So far, the eliq liquids cost me 75 shipped and the supplies cost me 35 plus 15 for shipping. Ill spend around 40 plus 15 shipping for enough flavorings to finish making the 1500 ml of finished ejuice, for a total of around 160 bucks for all 1500 ml of juice. My cost will end up near 45 dollars per 500 ml of finished and bottled juices, however next round will be around 25 bucks per 500 ml since I will now have the tools and the vg for three more 500 ml bottles....love those numbers.

when I did the math on a full gallon of juice, not including the initial tools I got, I'm looking at around 35 bucks on average per 500 ml, bottled price....no more store bought juices for this guy lol

i got a few 1ml 3ml 5ml and 10ml syringes to do some test batches, i have some 10ml bottles already for the testing. But plan on making 500ml bottles only. I've worked with graduated cylinders before and knew which ones to get, they read really easy and at 500 ml the numbers work out pretty easy and forgiving. But I should have mentioned that I plan on making test bottles first.

I just opened up my vapemail, a Squape Reloaded by Kingtu. Man, this clone is 1:1 with 3 air control rings (ss, gold, black), spare pyrex tank. I'm building it now with a .75 Ohm 28 Gauge microcoil. Time to juice it up and vape!

Wow, better than a Magma? The airflow looks to be a whole lot better on the Lancia..

Yes I've been sold on the magma for months, but this has took it off my top dripper list, I am only using 2 holes on medium hole, and getting more vapor than the magma, and think looks better too.

For me, my top 2 flavor rda's are the Vulcan and the Magma. I might have to get a Lancia - love the clear chamber! With all airflow holes open, how airy of a draw is it?

I did not try it with all holes open, as was small coils and only went over 1 hole on each side, but with the largest hole it felt to airy for my liking, but you do have to set your air flow with plugs before setting your coils in, I just setup airflow and put together and tested airflow before coiling up.

Can't change the airflow on the fly?

Just got my KFL in the mail today:

20141108_170715_HDR_zps8aaa82de.jpg

20141108_165739_zps4764777f.jpg

Two main problems:
1) Airflow sucks. Very small airflow hole.
2) Difficult to put top on with acrylic tank installed.

The airflow was really bad. The hole is tiny. I solved it by drilling it out. The other problem is once I installed the acrylic tank the top did not want to screw on. First off you must be very careful when installing the acrylic tank because it wants to go on crooked. I am always paranoid about cross threading things so I was very careful and very gently started to screw it on. I immediately saw it was not going straight so I of course backed it off and tried again. On about the 4th try it went on straight. Then had the same problem with the the top threads of the acrylic tank but again after about 4 tries it went on straight. So now I had the bottom metal, acrylic and top metal parts of the tank assembled and tried to screw the top on (part the drip tip goes in). It would not screw on for nothing. So I double checked the tank section and all looked good. Tried again but no go. I then removed the acrylic tank and put the metal tank back on and tried again. It went on no problem. Put the acrylic tank back and sure enough no go. I then removed the chimney and the top screwed on. Put the chimney back in and made sure it screwed on straight which it did but still could not get the top to go on. After at least an hour of messing with it I finally got the top on. What I have to do is loosen the deck and bottom metal tank threads by a couple threads, screw top piece on, then screw the deck and bottom tank back together.

What a pain in the butt!!! Guess that's what you get with a clone. Inferior threads and overall fit. I haven't tried it yet because my brain is so tired from all this that I need to wait a little while before attempting to build a coil for it.

Ivogo is very hit and miss IMO.

I have two identical Aqua clones by them, one is perfect and the other is a POS.

If I'd only had received the bad one, I'd have assumed both they and Aqua clones suck.
Which would be untrue. ;)

You want a good clone, go with Infinite.

Well this being my first tank of this type it has not given me much confidence in clones in general not just Ivogo. But I'm always willing to give everything a second chance. But if I am screwed the second time then it goes on my blacklist.

I got mine at angelcigs,,,,,,,,,but that was before they got stupid with there shipping

Hmmm....I got mine from Angelcigs as well. Mine was shipped from their warehouse in Fremont California and me being in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles County) it took about 2 days once they got it to the post office. I ordered a Vamo V6 starter kit ($35.00) from Zainy.com and I'll be lucky if it gets here in their estimate of 15-25 days. No big deal on the Vamo though cause I'm not really in a hurry so the wait I don't care about. I could have had it here quicker but the shipping would have cost more then the Vamo.

I suggest you get a black edition kayfun v3 from Artemus: http://www.custommodcreation.com/shop/288/black-edition-kayfun-v2

This guy specs out the clones and has the manufacturers make them for him. I've got 2 kayfuns a v2 and v3 and they are threaded corretly and are some of the very best clones you can get, IMHO. You'll pay a bit more than anglecigs, but the quality of the kayfuns is really good. Well worth it.

Speaking of proper threading...I just found the third problem with my KFL. I went ahead and installed a coil and wicked it but the 510 connector is too short and so it doesn't fire when connected to my battery!!! The center pin is not adjustable like it is on an authentic KFL so chalk up another strike against clones. So I can't even use it until the Vamo gets here cause the Vamo's 510 connector is adjustable. Maybe I'll try one from the guy you are recommending. At this point though I'm a bit fed up and might just stick with my Kangertechs for now.

Artemus gets some quality stuff. The 510 is adjustable on the v3, the airflow is tons better than the kayfun lite or v2.

svoemesto

Sorry didn't see your reply. You have 3 made by svoemesto which is a different company, different product and different manufacturing. That is probably why you have no problems with yours. It's kinda like comparing Ford and Honda...two different beasts altogether.

Got a set of beakers from Amazon yesterday. Two out of three were shattered, too shattered to risk taking from the box.

Only the smallest survived! ;)

Wow they didn't pack them very well at all, I had same problem with a glass chess set from amazon, crap packing came in 1000's of pieces, they sent me another, was still packed badly, but did make the transit though.

Well I found the problem with the KFL and why the top is difficult to screw on. It seems due to the inferior threads the acrylic tank does not sit properly and is not flush with the metal sleeves it screws into. This causes the top sleeve to be a bit off centered. So the chimney is a bit off center and doesn't slip into it's hole on the top piece correctly. By loosening the deck it drops the chimney down allowing the top piece to sit deep enough for the threads to catch. Then once the top is on, tightening the deck pushes the chimney up and into it's proper position.
