Anyone out there ever contacted wismec via email? If so, do the ever respond?

My daughter's reauleaux 2/3 screen shorted out after a few months. I'm fairly sure it's destined to be pitched, but at least thought they should be aware.

Trust me, they are aware of their issues. doubt you get a response but even if you do it'll be it's out of warranty nothing we can do generic response. They are one of the hardest companies to get a response out of. They even ignore the big reviewers and sites

LMAO glad i could help. great combo in deed and not pricey at all. plus the exo is leakproof so no worries carrying it around for anyone
