Completely agree.
One other piece of advice pertaining to buying flavors. Unless you are getting recipes off the web (even then buy small amounts) buy 10ml bottles even if you think you like it. I have 30-40 30ml and a few 120mls that collect dust because I didn't care for them. It only takes a few mls to figure out whether you like it or not.
Also agree and....
Really recommend you find a few recipes you are pretty sure you will like (see if you can find clone recipes of juices you already enjoy) and get those flavors and use the recommended brands - yes different brands taste very different for the same flavors and can make or break most recipes
Its not like lame recipes for food that say something like: take two cups of Gold Medal flour and one cup of C&H Sugar... when any brand of flour or sugar will do.
Also buying flavors willy nilly(Ooh love strawberry, I'll get that, yes! they have root beer!) when you first start out usually results in frustration and is more expensive in the long run than buying the exact ingredients for a few good tried and true recipes
Experiment after you nail down a few favorites - you can thank us all later, lol
