I'm looking into making my own vv/vw box mod and was wanting to use either a sx350 or sx330. Preferably a sx350 for the charge capability. Any links would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I've been trying to find more sites to get stuff from and haven't even come across this one, thanks.

I like to build my own mods, so anything that has parts for doing so. So far I've made a okr 50w in a hammond 1590b and a dual 18650 mech in a hammond 1590g. I like the 1590g better for the size and look, thats what I want to put the sx chip in.

Yeah I'm putting together a OKR 20, 120 watt right now. Waiting on the chip. Its going into a 1590b dual 18650 unless I can squeeze in a pair of 26650's
@Dhim on this forum makes some nice 3D printed battery sleds.

been using it for half the day and all I can say is that I'm impressed with the sx chip.

Nice job TK! And yeah, the SX350 is a great board. Even PBusardo likes these for the great regulation and he usually doesn't like Chinese products. It must be good if he gave it a big thumbs up.

After a week of use I'm very impressed with the SX350. May see about building another.

Thanks , appreciate it . I wonder how someone would get their hands on chips like the SX 330 , i never see those for sale anywhere.

If anyone knows where to buy Evolve boards please let me know .

Thank you

I don't recall seeing raw SX330, SX300, SX200 chips ... The SX350 may be the only customer chip available...

also EBAY will probably have options too ... :)

To me it looks like it's more expensive to buy the chips than it would be to gut a factory made mod and use the parts for a new one. Am I wrong?

That can be true. I bought a few Hotcig DX200s each for less than I could buy a DNA200 board. Saving them for future Mods.

Another good choice for DNA boards is ProtoVapor
