It might just be that...it's from a slick Cali outfit, and their FB/Instagram/Website don't give any info. about it.

those asshats are selling regular Kanthal, 26g through 30g at 5 bux for six feet....LOL. I hate that company.

after reading some of their other posts, I believe it is nichrome 80, it carries lower ohms per foot than the kanthal a1 does. Lightning vapes sells it for a much better price.

you could call the wholesale number and tell him you have a problem with their last order of nichrome80 and wait to hear his response...Im sure he will say, "what is wrong with it?"
Cool, thanks for the info man! Im pretty sure thats accurate about the nichrome, in which case kanthal is still safer.

Yes they are preying upon the younger never smoked zero nic cloud chasing crowd mostly but a newer serious vapper may just get taken by this. Funny thing is you can get a specialty wire made by companies like temco. They advertise that they can combine different metals to get different resistances and temperatures ect....
probably to late on this one but that company is one of the local b&m shops in my area I've tried the gorrilla wire it acts like kanthal as far as springyness (if that's a word) it does heat a lot faster than kanthal maybe even a bit just tiny bit faster nichrom 80, it also has the tendency to melt if dry fired for too long as I found out the hard way when trying to adjust a coil
Yeah, I still have a few feet of it from my Odysseus days... and silver NR wire. Haven't touched that box in years, maybe I should rebuild the oddy... nah lol.
Most of these performance wires are nichrome 80. I know Anarchist wires actually tests for purity, but i can't imagine every company does. Odds are if there's a brand name, lower resistance wire it's N80
