Call to Action: Olathe, KS (KC metro area) indoor use ban - vote is next week

The Olathe, KS city council met earlier this week and passed the measure 3 to 2. This vote was invalidated because they need 4 votes to pass it and there were two council members absent. They will revote next week. We have a shot at shooting this down. Please read and share and CALL!

Olathe, Kansas E-Cigarette Use Ban


[Update - 3:18pm CT]


We've received confirmation that the ordinance amending Olathe's Indoor Clean Air Ordinance to include e-cigarettes has been pulled from tomorrow's agenda.


The next opportunity for this bill to come before the full council will be on Tuesday, December 12th (7:00p). We will continue to work with local advocates and keep you updated as we learn more.
