Hay guys. I'm interested in starting mixing my own fluid and am really confused on where to start. I have no experience in mixing and guess I am looking for a beginners guide.

There's a lot of information here on the forum. I can't recommend Bull City Vapor enough! That where I went when I started. Drew is amazing and will answer any questions you have. Anyway,
Things you need:

Nicotine (use as high mg as you are comfortable with, and the carrier you prefer, if your going to store some in the freezer, go pg)

VG and PG (to dilute your nic to desired strength and ratio)

Flavoring (browse for recipes, or flavors that may interest you)

Syringes (all different sizes)

Bottles

E liquid Calculator

Bull City has all these except the calculator. I recommend ejuicemeup. I also say start with a recipe, just input the starting/desired nic level and ratio and flavoring percentages and calculate. Tells you how much to add.

start with small batches. Clean your tanks with hot water between test batches.
If you have kids, be sure to LOCK up you stash of Nicotine.
Keep reading advice from the people here and have fun.
If you are just making juice to save money Look into bulk buying. Heartlandvapes has 250cc bottles for under $20

What's the best mobile calculator. Don't have a computer. I down load one from planet of the vapes. But I'm a Little confused about it. It gives the options for the the beginning lvl of the nicotine your using and what you want the nicotine to be when your done but also a slider for the pg/vg base of the nicotine. On bull city the nicotine is either pg or vg right? Is there no inbetween? Or am I misunderstanding what it's asking?

For android, I use e liquid calculator from the play store. Nic comes in a base of pg or vg. You can get it from some places premixed to a particular ratio, but I prefer to cut it myself. To save money get the highest mg you are comfortable with. When I first started I vaped 12mg so I took 120ml 24mg in pg and added120ml vg making a 12mg 50/50 base, with flavors it drops Nic a bit and increases your pg (flavor carrier, some use other carriers but not as common). But in my case it didn't change a lot and made it simple. I now mix 100mg vg nic and dilute while mixing for accurate ratio and nic level

I've heard liquix is good ($1.99 I think). I haven't used it though. Also, Cloud.Box (mobile version of coil toy has or will have in near future a calc built in) may interest you if you build coils.

FA would be the maker of the flavoring so FA would be Flavor Art... and so on. Some of the more popular brands like Capellas and TFA (The flavor aprentice) not sure on the correct name on that one. But I suggest you shop around and try different flavors that you might want to try and see what brand best suit your tastes and price. Also when you first start out try to mix one flavor and perfect it then go on to mixing flavors. Try to figure out what the flavor percentage you feel best hits the taste you want to acheive, this will help when you go on to mixing flavors and figuring out how much of each flavor to use to get the best mix and get the best taste out of all the flavors you mix together.
