Yes if I want my cores to be 26g I use 26g for the core of the initial clapton. As for staying at least 10g apart, there is no rule I know of about that... you can clapton whatever around whatever if you wanted
Just know closer the similar in size they are, they wont coil well and probably why there is at least a 10g difference.For Aliens I stick with 26/28g cores and wrap 36-40g ( Mostly 36 )
When I started rebuilding I was also in my DNA TC days, so I had a shit ton of SS316L and practiced with it... Fused there really isn't much to it, there is no prep beyond how long of a run you want and how fast your drill spins lol
But yeah... I tried aliens with my bulk wire I didn't use much til I got confident enough with my prep and QoL items to burn through my N80.
I also buy 250'+ rolls of Core wire and 1000' Rolls of wrap at a time from TemCo.
But yeah, make some 8" strands of triple core and try Alien'ing those... 5" of Alien wire will do a 6 wrap 3mm
So my pulse bf mod doesn’t seem to be hitting as hard as it was. Not much is accessible for cleaning, but can anybody tell me my options for improving the vape.
On another note, I think I’m about done with the Therion BF 75C, battery life is horrendous and it won’t let me vape on anything less than 40% battery, which it gets down to in no time at all, like half a bottle left.
When I put the battery on the charger it’s reading around 3.7.
I lowered the battery cut off to 2.5 as suggested earlier, impossible to even go that low! Anyone want a Therion for cheap lol?

Got a Ennequadro wood mech. It has a 14 mm cup on it tho.
Is the pulse the one with the little cut off switch?
If so look to cleaning that or squeezing it together a bit to grip the blade it slides down on tighter.

I’ve cleaned the switch and it’s pretty tight, starting to think it’s the firing button.
I sold my pulse after a week or two because it hit weaker than my pico squeezes even at .15, really bad.
I replaced it with the hugo squeezer, thimg runs circles around the pulse.
Well molly is goin in for a internal transplant next week got a silver plated moddog nano and silver contacts

Had a mech that wasn't hitting great and finally checked the connection between the atty and 510 and there was a little arching that had been going on I guess. Cleaned it up and firing good again after. Also adjusted my 510 after, well itty was spring loaded but it needed a few firm presses because it wasn't as springy as itty should a been. (Wow I talk to much to get out so little info! )

Don't have to review it formally, can just give your opinion of it, what you think about it...I know how I felt about it and how to characterize it...but I would welcome your thoughts.
Edit: Plus its had over a month sitting where ever it was...so it will definitely taste different than when I vaped it fresh.

Is it worth $70 to not have to clean those copper contacts once a week?

Just did a voltage read on my Mölly...fresh battery... Same .27 coil... Hit 3.78 but couldn't snap the pic fast enough
So 3.77 .01 better than my silver and md510 Neo
EDIT: Granted its a cheapy Volt meter... but I do have my Fluke in the drawer...its just much larger and generally reads a little better

I have 3 or 4 of those free/cheap HF Dmm's.
Work ok. Original battery does not last long though.
So far I'm loving it.
I prefer it over the Wraith.
The Wraith looks sexy as fuck but the menu system it uses drives me nuts.
The DripBox 2 is just way easier to use.
